I have had an excellent four years living in the triplex. Very well kept and clean. Great walking distance to WLU and easy to get to anywhere by the bus with the stop just down the road.

They arranged a nice one bedroom flat for my brother who went to study in university of Waterloo. I got to know about them from daily newspaper and they showed me with five different flats to choose from around 1 km radius from the university. I selected the one with open roof. They are a long time student accommodation center of Waterloo.

I rented with this company for 3 years and had a great experience. Edan was an amazing landlord and was always around to help out! I have referred many people to 326 King Street and by far nobody has complained. Greatest rental company by far!

Very basic student accommodation but cheap for us.Stayed for one night, great location only 5 minutes walk to Euston Station with all transport links. Very quiet location. Rooms are very basic.
