Highly recommend checking this place out! The staff here is nice and helpful when it comes to locating certain items. They have a huge variety of figures to keychains! I will definitely come back when I have the time !!

A pretty cool place! I recommend going at least once- it’s a warehouse style place which gives it a cool vibe honestly. Some people complain about it being messy but I think it has character and with so many products it’s understandable. I crossed referenced the website for prices on products that had no listed price in store, while I wish they had price tags there’s so much stuff it would take hours! It didn’t take long to cross reference them anyway. They have a lot of more expensive figures but I found a decent amount in my range and when you include shipping and taxes of online popular anime figures stores the prices were about the same. They have good discounts if you get an account and the staff are helpful if you need anything! I recommend! + they offered to check my figure wasn’t broken before I left!

Came here back in 2019 to buy my first figure and the staff were really welcoming and they liked my shirt. They were quick to answer my questions and are open to conversation which in my eyes shows me that they're very passionate about their job and the hobby. Prices are slightly above average but not super overpriced so I say it's still 100% worth if it means I help the store stay afloat.

this place is probably the best place I've been for anime/gaming figures and collectibles in toronto! the workers are kind and super helpful and friendly!! the place itself is a little small and warehouse like, very cramped, so not very accessible for people with mobility issues. when you get there, you typically need to call the # on the door to get in for covid reasons, which is reassuring! if you make an account on their site you also get a discount which is pretty sweet

A super awesome place! I agree with most of the reviews about the cluttered atmosphere of the store, but I don't blame the owners at all, and I didn't have any trouble finding everything I needed by myself. They have a really great selection, with several figures on display.The employees were also really helpful, especially when explaining pricing and walking us through the process. They were super professional, and even recommended that I check the figures for any broken parts before leaving, opened the boxes really carefully, by the way.I don't have too much experience with in-person anime stores, but I was able to get my figures for a pretty good price, in my opinion (about 40$ for each full-body Miku figure).Overall, I'm very happy I went to Navito World and super satisfied with what I bought. I'll definitely be coming again!

My boyfriend and I came here in December of last year and I honestly think it's amazing! So many anime figures to look at :) the Card captor Sakura figure he bought me is in great shape... They even check the figures after you buy them to make sure they aren't broken... Definitely want to return here in the future

They require you to call before entering the store which understandably makes sense because the store has very limited walking space.Amazing staff and service. They were very kind, patient and helpful. Next time in Toronto I'll definitely visit again.

great anime figure/gunpla store. messy, but thats the nature of these kinds of places. Great staff, especially that cashier who went out of his way to check for this one model i was looking for, and upon not finding it, offered to pre-order & reserve it for me.

Don't pre-order from their website. Extremely unreliable. I pre-ordered two figures that were announced on the same day. I pre-ordered one from Navito World, and the other directly from the official company. I wanted to compare each service. The one I preordered from the official company arrived 5 months later. The one I preordered from Navito World still hasn't arrived and it has now been over a year. Another figure I preordered from Navito World last year in January also finally arrived last month. If you're going to preorder just do it from the official company.

If you're looking to get figures, keychains or even noodle stoppers (yep, thats a thing), Navito World has pretty much everything you could want. They have a massive backlog of merchandise that you can always ask to see or order in. I recently got into collecting figures and nendoroids from older series and I was happy to see they still had the items I wanted.My only complaint, however, is that there are boxes piled so high you can't see everything and it can be difficult to walk through the store. The good thing though is that they have an extensive list online, so if going into a cramped store isn't your thing, You can have your items delivered or brought to the front of the store for you to pick up.
