Chinook Water Wagon

I've ordered water from here once and I've been trying to order water from it again for the past 8 days. They say they are coming but then never show up.When I called the front desk put it off and said she called once I have not received any calls from them. Poor customer service.Not willing to fix mistakes.Over all a bad experience.

This company is on top of things. They are sure to call you back every six months, to discuss the unmentionables, and get it hauled out. Our cistern is soo small, we haul our own water. But they do that too...

I ordered water 2 weeks before Christmas, they advised they would deliver ‘the beginning of the week’. I called to confirm we had the area plowed for them and they advised they wouldn’t come until Thursday. I let them no we have NO water so if they can’t come I need a contingency plan. Well, Thursday they didn’t show up and didn’t call, didn’t respond to several voice messages. Then on Friday they call to say they couldn’t come because of the weather, but they would try again (during the storm), well that didn’t work so they couldn’t come. So NO water, No contingency plan.Ok, so one more chance, I call them yesterday to see if they can deliver this week, they confirm they can deliver this week, I sent them pictures of what they would have to drive through to get there and he thinks he could make it - and advise yet again if they can’t deliver they need to let me know. Then he shows up and says he can’t deliver it, cause his vehicle would get stuck. Ridiculous!! On frozen grass ground he refuses to drive the truck in as he says it will get stuck. Then complains about the ‘idiot’ that installed our cistern in a terrible location (we literally had no other options) and he doesn’t try to trouble shoot or attempt to help. Absolutely brutal service!!!
