I was in the walmart in listowel Ontario this evening and I was very disappointed and appalled at the customer service and assistance I was given. Specifically with the availability of the Halloween decorations. Of the 5 displayed, inflatable, outdoor decorations, only 1 of the 5 were available for purchase. When speaking to multiple employees they were extremely rude and very unhelpful. This specific location is an absolute joke and needs to be addressed and shut down immediately! Not the first time I've had a rude and unhelpful staff. Our family spends tens of thousands of dollars per year at this location and we will never be shopping here again until things are rectified!

The tech guy spent so much time and effort saving both me and my dad money for phone plans, he helped so much! Very nice guy and answered all the questions we had! When I got here he was so genuine in helping an old lady with her all questions! Best experience ever, will definitely come back

A WORD OF CAUTION! This store is selling expired (6 MONTHS AGO) moldy chocolate bars and when I talked with customer service" I have to say that they really did/do not care. Add to that they are truly small town snarky! Horrible customer service! Seems the motto is "blame the customer

My husband and I got stranded in Listowel during the snowstorm. The Walmart employees all went out of their way to help us. They called a hotel for us, which unfortunately was a bust. That is when Annette, the sweet greeter, offered her couch to us. We are extremely thankful for everything they did to keep us safe and warm.
