Tall Tree Cycles | Tall Tree Cycle is the best bike shop in Ottawa. We always get you the bicycle you need. We helped introduce fixed gear bikes, 29er mountain bikes, fatbikes, cargo and long-tail bikes and gravel bikes to the Ottawa region. We love steel bikes. We love doing custom builds. And we sell plenty of value packed city and road bikes as well. When you come to us, we don’t ask you what bike you want: We ask you what you want to do with your wheels, and then we find you a bike that fits.

TALL TREE CYCLES
Visiting Ottawa for the Tulips and got a flat at Dow Lake, a long way from our downtown hotel. Walked to Tall Tree Cycles and Andrew fixed my flat fast and with attention to a quality job. Fast, friendly, expert service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for your cycling needs. Thanks Andrew!

TALL TREE CYCLES
My new go-to bike shop. The Cyclery, my other go-to bike shop, just down the road recommended them. Was looking for 26” Continental Tire which every bike shop in the city said is on back order. Not only did they have what I was looking for they did not try to up-sell me on a higher end tire that was available. Small and intimate shop with a good selection of trusted brands. The customer service is second to none. The Glebe and Ottawa is lucky to have you.

HIGHLY recommend this bike shop. Easy to miss tucked away off of Bank street, but you will find incredible service here that is hard to come by at any other local bike shop in Ottawa. Experienced, professional, and friendly mechanics are capable and very helpful. Came in with a unique problem with a crank that required an even more unique solution. Was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. The service here can NOT be downplayed.

The staff is really nice and friendly....I brought in my bike with a tight time schedule..but the gentleman there understand my bound with time and fixed my bike right away....even fixed the things that were not on the list...now that is what is called great Customer service....super happy with the service and quality of work.....will return next season....thanks

Was told by another shop that my wheel was damaged beyond repair, decided to visit Tall Tree Cycles after hearing about them from a family member.Was greeted by friendly staff, Andrew (store owner) had a quick look at my wheels and told me he could repair them.Less than 24 hours after visiting the store I had my both my wheels back on and rolling like new. The quality of the workmanship is very high and should not be taken for granted.In conclusion, excellent service and repair. Would absolutely recommend as go to cycling store.
