Owner Dino contacted me to replace my busted hot water tank. He guided me how to approach the warranty process and guided me to get the tank replaced asap. Both Dino and his team went above and beyond... even took the old tank to Home Depot for me and installer Brad waited to make sure HD had all the information. Brad also guided me how to get warranty refund. After installation Brad gave me detailed tour" of my new HW Tank and a summary of do's and don'ts. Dino called me the next day to make sure everything was working fine. The entire Prima team is awesome

Prima recently replaced my 17 year old hot water tank that was leaking. Dino and the installer Brad were both excellent. They expedited my install to ensure that we were not without hot water for too long. They also guided me through the process of getting the Home Depot water heater warranty approved.
