We had Tanguay homes remodel our lake house and we were extremely pleased with their work. Tony as an architect, has vision and design ideas that we would not have thought of and his crew was great to work with. The work stayed in budget too! We have just called Tony to work on another property for us! Would highly recommend!

Rented commercial space from Tanguay Rentals. The office staff (Melissa and William) were always wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. Overall, Tanguay Rentals was helpful and accommodating to our small business from start to finish. I give my full recommendation to prospective tenants.

Tanguay Homes has left us homeless.We began a conversation with Mr Tony Tanguay and Jim Campbell Real Estate roughly a month ago. Sadly, our current place of living, Ottawa Ontario, has been struck by horrible flooding and has been in a State of Emergency for over a month. We have tirelessly used our business connections, volunteering our time as Civilian Team Leads , working hand in hand with the Canadian Armed Forces to both build sandbag walls to save homes and feed thousands of volunteers.Terms and Conditions had been agreed upon and accepted but while shivering in 5 foot deep freezing water, Tony Tanguay decided to disregard our agreement and outright sell what we believed to be our home. Emails stating the home would no longer be shown and commending our relief efforts had been sent. Discussions of the dire state our province was in were discussed. Reassuring us that helping our community was of the utmost importance. Instead, our home was sold for cash and we were not even told. To this day, Tony Tanguay has failed to return a phone call, email or text while petting his newly filled pockets. On the contrary to what you believe Tony, we are still here! Your shady dealing to pad your pockets but leave a family homeless has NOT gone unnoticed and is not forgotten!While saving the homes of others, myself, my fiancé and our Special Needs fosters will be left without a home at the end of the month.I’d strongly suggest not doing business with this man. His practices are unethical, his motives are only that of his own wealth. Disgusting.

They do good work , they are very professional, and they are very pleasant to deal with and fast finishing the job. I highly recommend Tanguay Homes if you're renovating or building a new home.

While a family member was getting discharged we had a couple hours to burn so we checked it out. We found it very inviting and very interesting. Many different themes and types of art, well worth the time to visit.

Go to Tony Tanguay if you want to give money to someone who ONLY cares about your money.Leasing terms were agreed upon with Tony Tanguay for one of his homes. We planned a trip from Ottawa to Newport to finalize documents. Unfortunately at the same time we were called upon to organize disaster relief efforts in our home community that had declared a State of Emergency. Communicating this through the real estate agent, we were reassured and convinced that the home was no longer being shown and a deposit was not necessary to secure the home. They commended us for our efforts and told us they were happy to accommodate while we fought for our community.As the waters receded we got in touch with the realtor for him to only get back to us FIVE days later telling us that the seller had sold the home TWO days prior to another buyer and that they forgot to let us know.We were made to believe that Tony cared about the situation that our community was in and respected that we were helping save homes and providing stranded residents with supplies.He does not care about you.He does not care about those affected by disaster.He cares about money in his pocket. He doesn’t even have the human decency to respond to our calls, texts, or emails, to apologise or show any form of sympathy.Tony, you’re leaving us without a home. You’re leaving our special needs foster kittens without a home. We thought this was a misunderstanding, but it’s clear you never had any intention of being anything other than money-hungry scum.So no, I can’t recommend Tanguay Homes.

Great experience from beginning to end. Appointment was done quickly, quote was sent to us fast, job, got scheduled in our desired timeframe, and the work was completed on time.During our appointment to talk about the work, Tony asked us lots of questions, and pointed out some options we hadn't thought of that made a huge difference in the way it turned out.The quote provided was complete -- not the story with some other contractors we got quotes from who tried to lowball the quote by forgetting" to include things we'd requested. Tony's quote wasn't the lowest
