I accidentally came to this location 10 minutes before close without realizing, as I bought a used car a few minutes away and they were the closest insurance branch. When I got there, they still had an open sign on and I did not think to check the sign on the door. Most locations are open until 8 or 9, so I had no idea that this place closed at 6. I will admit my mistake and how that might have come off as rude, however, the treatment from the staff at this location was appalling even for somebody who walked in the door a few minutes before it closed. They definitely could have handled the situation more professionally, maybe mentioned that they were about to close up, but instead they didn’t say anything and I left feeling extremely disgusted with the attitude of their employees.I came in hoping to insure a new used vehicle I had just bought. The vehicle required new plates, she had to make a call to ICBC to confirm my discount as their systems are messed up, I was paying with cash, etc. so it did take a while. In the 10-15 minutes I was doing business with this location, I was ostracized for paying with cash, and was made to my attention very bluntly that she “had to be in Aldergrove in 15 minutes” and “I guess I’m gonna be late for my meeting”. She got rude with me because I told her that she had the incorrect discount on her systems, so she had to call ICBC to confirm. They did in fact have the incorrect discount, so I would have been paying 10% more for my insurance if I did not tell her to make the call. She told me that my handwritten direct deposit form was “messy” (even though the bank tellers were the ones who wrote it in) and if ICBC declined my first monthly withdrawal it was “Not our fault”. And finally, after paying for everything with cash, she yelled at the other associate to grab my change and mentioned something along the lines of everything having to be recounted. I did not obtain a copy of my receipt, as I was rushed out of there as quick as they could.I was absolutely appalled at this service from this location. I would have much rather been told bluntly that they were closing, as if I had known beforehand, I would have gone elsewhere; then have been treated as badly as I was treated here. I do NOT recommend this broker.

Big shout out to Garry who is working there .Garry helped me and provided professional service and moreover he did more than his job. I really feel lucky to be their customer. They really know what they are doing. I went there for trucking related but definitely recommend them for all types Insurence what they providing. They deserve more stars than five but there is no option more than five.Appreciate Garry bro for helping me out .People like you are pride of my community.

This was my preferred insurance broker but they sloppily handled a roadside ticket I paid for and several months later when I went to renew my insurance they made me pay the exact same ticket again despite my insistence that i had already paid it, and that i paid it at their own office.I had to spend way to much time and effort into fixing a problem they caused and now I am out money I have already paid while i wait for ICBC to issue me a refund.Will no longer be using this broker.

I've used this icbc office in the past many times with no problems, BUT. Yesterday I went to renew my motorcycle and RV insurance. I asked for 6 months for the motorcycle but found after all was completed I realized it was only 5 months. Had to cancel and redo. Then I asked if I could renew today, (April 13th) for a start date of April 21st. The woman said yes. After getting all completed and going home I noticed the start date was today. So I don't know what to say. Again, I've used them before without any issues.

Have had good service in the past when I've bought insurance here, but phoned today for a quote on my insurance and was told I HAD to come in to get a quote. Phoned Mountain View insurance and got my quote. Will be bringing my business to them instead. Customer service on the phone matters too.
