Took me a while cause I don't like writing negative reviews but sometimes to has to be done. I got a job with Artic Glacier via Gurpinder. I wasn't told that I will have to work every single Saturday, I was told that it will be some Saturdays so I accepted the job. 3 or 4 days in I learnt that it was every Saturday. I asked if I can do just 2 Saturdays because I explained that I had other obligations to attend to so every single Saturday is kinda rough for me, I was already dedicated and eager to stay here. I had to end up leaving since the girl at artic glacier decided not to give me 2 Saturdays off but ended up giving someone else who started with us at the same time his every weekends off. Which was so unfair cause they made me leave just because I ASKED FOR 2 SATURDAYS OFF!!! I called Gurpinder and apologized for any inconvenience, she even made me write an apology to one of the managers at artic glacier to save their reputation and she said she understood and its ok that she will find me something else, I said are u sure? I don't want u thinking that because of this little hiccup that I don't want to work. I want to work but mon-fri. She said its ok and she will call me. That was in June, It is now September and I have never had a call back from them. Anyhow I called and explained that part to them and she was like 'oh its cause I haven't found a entry level job yet' like what???? I am in my early 30s and have been working different customer service roles since I was 20, not like I do not have experience and I am always eager to learn. This is one agency I will never go back to work with. Very fake and dishonest.

Stay away from this agency!!! I worked with them for over a year with 3 different temp jobs to get ghosted by them. Gurpinder is a horrible recruiter if 0 stars could be a option I would select that instead of 1. She told lies to other candidates who work in the same location as I did to cover for a bad fit that she send to them by blaming other candidates who worked there. in Hindsight stay away from this agency. Rowena the manager at Aplin is no help either as she is probably involved with the lies made by her staff.
