The store is messy, and there is too much clothing. It also like shopping at Value Village. The employees are also caught up in person dramas, and don’t pay attention to customers. There is some cute clothing.

It's one of my daughter's favourite store it has some good quality clothes and the prices are pretty good it's so sad to see all those people losing their job while only making minimum wage while dealing with all sort of customers. Best wishes to all the employees.

I don't think anyone cleans anything in this store. Everything I go it's a mess. I understand stores like this get a lot of rude customers but it seems to be understaffed that they can't put the clothes back even at a reasonable time.

Not bad if you're into fast fashion. They've got trendy clothes and cute accessories. Quality is not the best but you get what you paid for.

Came into the store yesterday as the store closing sale caught my eye. There was a young girl with short hair as the cashier, and she did the discounts wrong on the items I bought. I thought the price was too high so when I paid, I went back to the rack, and saw it was supposed to be 50% off, not 20% as the girl did 20% and said she is right when I told her it should be half the price for the item I bought. I asked another worker to help me to make sure if I am seeing that the item I got is supposed to be 50% and the Punjabi worker helped me out with returning the item. If she wasn't working, I am pretty sure the young girl and Asian worker would have not gave me the right price because they both kept saying it's 20% not 50%.Even if it's a 30% difference, it's a big difference as I got to buy more items with my gift card.Thank you to the Punjabi worker - I didn't get her name, but I always see her working when I go and I think she is a supervisor? (:

I think this store has very cute accessories and clothing for teenagers and young adults. I love the sale section, you can always get some reasonable priced clothing there.

Huge selection and good deals but the cashier was a little bit slow.

I bought 2 pants, tried them on in store, they seemed to fit nicely but once I brought them home and washed them they still smelled extremely like chemicals, I put them on and they made my skin super itchy, and they seemed a loooot tighter than in the store it drove me absolutely crazy at work how uncomfortable they were not just ebcause of the itchiness but also because they felt very tight, non stretchy and like my skin couldn’t breathe . I wanted to rip them apart right then and there! Worst pants I ever bought and I bought pants at primark before! Just awful will never shop there again!
