I am sure this is a great place for industry people but for the average homeowner it is not. The business will not allow for returns or exchanges of any type if you do not hold a business account with them. it is posted in their store under the counter (where it can not be seen if you are standing at it) and on the far left wall if you are facing the counter. My issue with this is at no time did they inform me of this policy, it is not written on the bill of sale, and when called to to inform them of the needed exchange no effort was made to inform me of this policy until i drove back down and attempted an exchange (the initial purchase was made 90 minutes before hand and had not left the trunk of my car). I was told I would not be able to return or exchange the item even though I was willing to pay any restocking fee and after a discussion with the staff I was told to go to a big box retailer and leave. I was told that if I had an account with the company they would have taken my exchange or issued a refund. So again this is a place for industry and trades people and as per their instructions as a individual will be taking my business elsewhere and never returning.

Great staff with a high level of knowlegde of their product. Also locally owned unlike their competition. Support local!

Really glad I found this place! They have it all along with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I imagine they cater to many contractors and even the big box stores but were happy to help me with my small order!

This guy thinks he's above you!! Treats customers like garbage and if your flooring isn't purchased through them or by a company they supply then he will tell you its Chinese Built Junk." I'm sorry but I will never give them business and will tell my professional network/colleagues to AVOID this place!"

Went into the store and had a few questions. All questions were answered in a well manner. The gentleman who helped me was calm and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything.When it came to packaging the order in a certain way, he agreed to do it for me even though they normally didn’t do it.Great experience! Great customer service!
