Horrifying experience.. they actual think that when you make arrangements to pick items from their store and you bring all the photo ID in the worlg that you are stealing your own package. I am not alone. In the time I was there 3 other customers couldn't get their package but fed ex offerded to rediliver package next day ,leave at door step without a signature required.. how does that make sense.. Have your employees use common sense and untie their hands from non flexible policies.. Never Go FED EX..
