Pets to Remember Crematorium

In our time of sorrow with the sudden passing of our dog Meeko, this place offered the best care of him. We were able to bring him to them the day he passed and say goodbye in a really beautiful room. The staff was exceptional and very understanding. They took good care of our boy and we were able to bring his ashes home the next day in a beautiful wooden box. The price was awesome as well and i couldn't thank them enough for taking such good care of him, and the compassion they gave us. I was sorry that i had to use their service, as it was because of the passing of my pet, but grateful that they were there . Thank you from my whole family.

I highly recommend Pets to Remember. We lost out beloved little Jag, and couldn't have asked for a more compassionate place to bring him. Even the drive to the business was calming. Such a beautiful, tranquil place to say goodbye. These people very obviously understand the depth of love we have for our furry family members. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars.

5 days ago I abruptly lost my beloved dog Ace. Pets to Remeber was easy to deal with. Their compassion and willing to help any way possible to ease the process was amazing. While dealing with the hard decision and losing my dog all I had to do was provide the vet with the information to Pets to Remeber information and the rest was handled. I loved their service of being able to come say one last good bye. This was situated in a beautiful room and I felt like I was not rushed or pressured to say my final fair well. I HIGHLY recommend Pets to Remeber.Another added bonus I used was their pre-arrangement service. The beautiful thing about this service is you can take you time selecting what you would want to happen on the devastating day. They honour your wishes and there is no scrambling to make a decision.

When our best friend passed away on his own terms, at home, at the age of 13, we weren’t quite sure what to do. We called a few vet clinics in the area, and all the responses felt very clinical and routine. Conversations immediately went to costs, (which, let’s be honest, isn’t your primary concern in such a painful moment), or how busy they currently were (yes, really).When we reached out to Pets to Remember, we were met with understanding and empathy, but also warmth. They simply answered questions, taking time to listen and did not treat it like a business transaction or “procedure.” It immediately felt “right” when we had the difficult conversation about next steps and available services. And finally, cost.We drove out to find a lush field situated in a valley - a place our old friend would have loved to run in. The reception area and private room were really nice as well, and we were given space to say final goodbyes. We didn’t ever feel like we were in “their space”…it was our room to grieve, with our family.I can’t say enough about the staff. They understand the business they are in and have a very down to earth approach to one of the hardest moments in a pet owner’s life. They normalize the experience without reducing or diminishing it…if that makes sense.Not every pet passes in a vet clinic…not every family has a place to bury a beloved pet…not every animal’s journey to the other side is the same… and this is the place that recognizes that and helps those people and their furry friends.Folks from the city should definitely make the short drive out to Ardrossan for a more personable experience (pssst….it’s also surprisingly more affordable, which was astonishing given how much NICER everything is here!)To everyone at Pets to Remember -Thank you so much for everything you did for our family and beloved friend!

I'm giving 5 stars for their professionalism and kindness to me on a very emotionally difficult day. I had to euthanize my 20 year-old cat on New Year's Day after he suddenly became gravely ill. I had prearrangements made as I naively expected him to pass away at home. I didn't realize the predicament I would find myself in having to take him to an emergency vet on a stat holiday to be euthanized.I was bouncing back and forth on the phone trying to determine when I would be done so I could drop his remains off and in the end, I was such an emotional mess at the vet that I couldn't bring myself to haul his little body back to your facility. Instead, I just agreed to let the vet deal with the arrangements. Your staff member was so amazing, understanding, and kind even though I am sure I disrupted his holiday with all of my phone calls back and forth.I will recommend you to anyone I know and I am sorry I couldn't use your services on the day of, but I know I will own many other pets in my lifetime, and should I need your services (if they pass at home), I will certainly contact you. Thanks again from a very broken-hearted pet owner.
