I am rather unhappy with this shop. I purchased two vape carts instore, the person who helped me was quite nice, 5/5. When I got home I noticed one of the carts was broken (the glass was cracked). I quickly returned back to the store to exchange. Upon first inspection of my cart they concluded that I brought them the wrong cart, for a cart not even on my receipt. When I asked how can they tell, they told me due to the smell. Im sorry, you cant blind smell test for Ninja Fruit vs Blue Kiwi, it all smells fruity. So at this point I know the item was keyed wrong into your till, as I have never had a blue kiwi cart. The staff did end up doing a refund, but was commited to me having the wrong package/cart. I am further frustraited that I had to spend extra as I used a coupon that I couldnt use when I had to re-purchase the cart. Be more careful when treating good customers who have legitimate problems, if I had not worked retail and knew how to advocate for myself this would sucked even more.

Staffs here are so friendly and the way they explains about their products are so accurate. They also provide a students discount on tuesdays. All products are available when ever needed that's why me and my friends always visit there. We love the upbeat ambiance and the way the everything is organized.

Had a terrible experience with an associate with three inch long bright green nails. She seemed miserable to be working and projected it very clearly.Staff is cold and unwelcoming, once you get inside it is the straightforward indica or sativa?" And then the fact list of how much thc each product has. No interaction feels genuine

Would like to give a review in minus if possible. The worst experience ever, the lady at the store was rude to me. When I asked if she could give me a minute to check if other stores have what I want as they did not have the product I wanted in stock, then I asked her again that what else she could suggest me to get as what I wanted was not available at the store. The lady was like “I just said it, you weren’t listening!”.I mean she is there to sell and explain what I am getting, and actually I was looking for a good suggestion. But she obviously doesn’t know anything about customer service. I really would not suggest any else to go there, I forgot to ask for her name as I just wanted to get out of there, but I remember she has a tattoo on her left hand. So if she is the one assisting you please ask for someone else’s help. To be honest this is the last time I visit the store.

I've been loyal to this store since it opened. Today I went in to return a battery that did not charge right from the store. The tender was short and wasn't able to refund me the $8. You can see it's never been used because it never charged! I may be old school but I guess being a loyal customer means nothing these days. To all the tenders that welcomed me into the store and greet conversations I've had thank you! On to new beginnings lol.

Sessions Homer Watson is my favourite dispensary in the waterloo region for a few reasons. first of all, living in the doon area everything is really far by public transit. this dispensary is right on the 36 route, so the convenience is a major plus for those of us who rely on public transit.the price point has also gotten really good since i first purchased here. i used to want to bus farther to save money, but no longer feel inclined to do this. thank you for giving us a convenient option close to home!most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. when i get the chance to actually go in and get recommendations the product is always top notch. i mostly place online pick up orders here, and love how quick the order is ready for pickup. thanks for always be having a quick chat with me despite my quick in-and-out visits, i’ll miss you guys when i’m in florida for the summer :) see you in september!

The store is great, they have good selection of products, it is very clean and well organized, but the best part about the store is the staff. They are kind, funny and very personable. Highly recommend :)

I would not like to give even 1 star. The worst experience ever, the lady who worked there she was very rude her name is cashe I believe.she don’t even know how to talk with customers nicely. I would not suggest any else to go there, I asked her name she said cashe I don’t know how to pronounce it and I don’t have a time for such people. To be honest this is the first and last time I visit the store. It’s already 10:15 so I purchased just because other stores were closed. I was about to buy vape and pre-rolls for whole week but then also I took just one thing for that night only. But from the next time I will keep in mind that if it’s 10:01 then also I’ll not go here again. We always have many options. Good luck
