I was having issues with my freedom home internet and I had to contact an agent who happens to work for Shaw. I believe he is agent WZ19. I believe Coleman is his name. He gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I am completely satisfied with the services he provided me and I will recommend Shaw/freedom home internet to my friends and family because of him. Thank you Cole
