First time having a float in town and it was lovely. The rooms are well set-up, clean, and a relaxing environment. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely treat from my daughter for my 70th birthday. The salt cave had respiratory benefits and was relaxing. It’s hours later and I still feel good! The staff are kind and caring.

Went today for a salt float. First time. Rooms were clean and tidy. The chair that was in the room was broken and I almost wiped out when I sat on it. Other than that the float rooms are very nice. There is soft music playing for the first little while. When you enter the room you shower with soap provided, and then enter tub. They tell you to use the earplugs provided. I forgot and spent 5 minutes back out of the tub in the shower rinsing my ears. When they say use the barrier cream and earplugs provided, they are serious. The water has so much salts in it any little cut or scrape stings badly. Not sure what was wrong with my ears but they stung, so had to rinse and then put earplugs in. Was fine after that. after a few minutes the music stops and the lights turn off (there is a little button to keep a blue light on if you wish) and you are in complete darkness and silence. You really float. Every part of your body is weightless. The tub itself is huge and you can almost swim around in it. The water almost feels like it has lotion in it. I found the water to be cool. I would have preferred it warmer, and I found as the hour went on I got a bit of a chill which was not pleasant. Water could be warmer. The full hour was a bit to long for me I exited the tub after 40 minutes. Used the shampoo and conditioner provided and showered again, and rinsed off all the salt. I felt refreshed. About an hour after getting home I found myself extremely sleepy and definitely could have napped.The staff are lovely and very helpful. Nice group of ladies.Nice experience, I would go again, maybe something I would do once a year.

Fantastic welcoming staff, great explainers of their services, and how their process of preparing for a float works. The float tank was awesome! Really helped me find some physical and mental relief. The price for an hour long float was affordable. The waiver was easy to understand. Overall, highly recommend them for your floats.

First time visiting Kokoro and trying out float therapy. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend trying it out! The ladies were very kind and welcoming. The float rooms/bathrooms were very clean and had everything you need. They have tons of crystals and a great variety of wellness products around the store. Can’t wait to come back!!

Such a cool experience - didn’t have to move a muscle for an hour while I just floated! I stayed nice a warm and enjoyed the pitch black darkness.
