Great Staff and helpful to customers and contractors

Gentek board and batten siding was started to be installed in 2021and major problems with bubbles all over the house except under the deck overhang. It took over a year for someone to come and check. Now the claim was denied due to the installation and that is not true. The siding is so thin. And it did not change under the deck overhang at all. If nothing nothing isn't done this spring on Genteks behalf it is going in a lawyer's hands b Spent over $20,000 plus

Guys in the back are great; helpful and knowledgeable. However not the desk... they don’t want your business if you are not buying $75 or more at a time. The lady rudely let the other guy know he is not to sell anything to me again unless I have an account Thank you, I will get an account at another business

Multiple issues with several windows and doors.We had 6 windows installed, 2 sliding doors and 1 front door slab.Both sliding doors were installed with defects found after installation.The bottom right corners are separated on both units on both sliding and fixated parts of the door.I had to calk these myself as water was coming into the house.One of the windows was both sealed or latching properly, bowed in the middle.One window came broken, which they installed, and 2 months later replaced the glass. however a sticker did not accompany the glass, so will have trouble getting the rebate through efficiency ns without it.Also, since the defective windows seem to only be really observable from the outside, it is likely there are more defects than I can appreciate. I have requested a full assessment of all of the newly inserted windows and doors.
