Pedi N Nails

Whoever does the appointment booking is VERY incompetent. When I called to book my appointment I said “I am available anytime after 6:30pm” they responded by saying “okay 7pm” when I repeated the service, date, and time back, they confirmed. They called me at 5pm asking where I was and told me they booked me for 5pm and not 7pm. Due to my schedule, I would never make an appointment at 5pm. The individual on the phone responded by saying “so do you want to cancel?”. It seems as if this establishment never takes accountability either. Terrible customer service. The negative reviews reflect accurate information.

I've been going to Pedi N Nails for more than 15 years. Helen is a great manager, stuff is very professional, the place is very clean, huge selection of colors. I usually get shellac and it's holding for more than 2 weeks. Best nail salon in town!

Booked an appointment and promptly started our Mani Pedi. The service we received was great! The cleanliness and sanitation are top notch, however, they need to improve the ventilation - extremely hard to breathe in there (so minus 1 star!)

It’s my second time here and I didn’t make an appointment but they had availability. All COVID precautions were considered, upon arrival, my temperature was taken, contact tracing and the whole store had installed plexiglass everywhere. The girl who helped me was Anna and she took over an hour for my shellac manicure mainly because she was dealing with my post-covid hands that I have not pampered for nine months now. I appreciate her taking the time cutting my cuticles and getting rid of my dead skin. The total came up to $40 ($35 plus tax) and I thought the price was a little steep only because my regular nail salon in downtown charges $25 but for the amount of effort Anna put in that day, I guess it kind of made sense. The prices at this location definitely went up and I think it’s to make up for all the COVID-related equipment that the store had to invest in.

The manager Helen is very rude. Learn customer service, customers are the ones paying you dollars and deserve respect and not your attitude. I was coming here for awhile, but won’t go back anymore. I will spend my money somewhere else where they are nice and they do a better job.

I have been getting my nails done here for years and always love the results. The attention to detail is immaculate!

Very professional services and they use good materials. In past experiences in other places my shellac would come off after a couple of weeks. When I go there it lasts more than one month (and I just get it done again. It doesn't come off).Everything is also very clean.Angilar is the technician that I prefer. She is great!

I've been coming to this place for over a year now, and I can truly say I would not go anywhere else. I only see Tea because she literally does the best job with my nails.Place is clean, has tons of colour options and has friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place, but specifically asking for Tea when you go! She's the bestttt!

I love my nails! They are welcoming and nice. My nails are evenly done unlike other salons I've been to.

I did not like Anna's work at all. Absolutely bad. But every other time I've been there, the people doing my nails were great!
