I love this place! I went there when I first bought my 2nd hand bike last year and needed to tune it up. They were very helpful, they taught me how to do everything I needed so I could even to it at home if I needed. I've spent so much time there and learned so much that I started volunteering there when I could [which isn't much]The only issue is the limited space and time. They're open fore 3 hours day 6 days a week. They only have 6 stands for 6 bikes. So you should be there at least half an hour before they open to get a spot. Even earlier on nice weather days and weekends.

Every one was nice and helpful. You need to wait to get a bike stand but you end up chatting with the other people waiting for a stand.

Amazingly helpful and very well equipped workshop. All the volunteers were friendly and really focused on getting everyone riding without breaking the bank.

Fist community bike shop in Mtl, has been a great community service and a bit of a hangout place for bike enthusiasts for a long time. Went down since the pandemic, in parts due to Concordia's despotic Covid regulations, but also the zeal" of some prominent volunteers in enforcing these nonsense regulations. The underlaying politics were always an issue there

This place is a Montreal gem. They teach you how to fix your own bike (guiding you step by step) and they sell you parts at rock bottom prices. Be prepared to get dirty, literally, as you repair your own bike under the guidance of volunteer experts.

Not welcoming, and pretty bigoted employees. I felt really uncomfortable with the environment. Technical skills regarding bikes repairs are way below average of a Bike Shop

Good volunteers and good tool sets. All you need to fix your bike and learn how to do it yourself.GET THERE EARLY IF YOU WANT A SPOT! Popularity has its downsides. :-)

This is a community-based bike workshop. The fee for non-members is $2 per use of the shop, plus supplies if needed. Membership is $20 per annum and helps support the shop. The volunteers are super friendly and helpful.

I love little bike workshops like this! It's a bit disorienting the first couple times but all the volunteers and other people are helpful and friendly, all the equipment is super affordable, and I just really enjoy it.It's not a professional bike shop, it's a do-it-yourself-with-guidance workshop, so think of it more like going to your friend's garage and you will be happy!
