Took in my malfunctioning Phantom 4 Pro. Skymount guys checked it out, advised about options and provided assistance with repair process. Kent was super-helpful. Phantom is airborne again. Would definitely buy next drone from Skymount and rely on them for any service needs. Great guys.

My Phantom 4 standard RC was not charging so I gave them a call to see what could be done. They offered two solutions: a repair for the RC or replacement, both offered at an amazing price.I decided to try the repair and had it in the same day and fixed in less than 24 hours. I've since tested several times and it's working beautifully again.I would absolutely recommend them and couldn't be happier with my experience here.

To say that their customer service is excellent is a HUGE understatement. They truly understand the concept of customer satisfaction. Kevin and mark are by professional. I brought in my drone for a 2nd time due to a lack of repair i guess you can say, i mentioned my problem and issue, Mark and Kevin right away took my drone and told me to be assured they will fix the problem. Im beyond happy with Mark and Kevin customer Service. That being said. ANY DJI DRONE, go to them directly!!

Policies are not Consumer friendly, but staff are knowledgeableI will say I really appreciate what they do for drone community here in the city but I feel pretty burned after realizing what the exchange policy was. Staff was very helpful about helping me get started but not very up front on the return policy unfortunately. if your new to drones and are not sure 100% what you want or what you might like, then Best buys Return and exchange policy might be better off for you.

We need help setting up our dji Mavic mini drone and the guys were so helpful at explaining the basics step by step. They even kept our little one occupied with some stickers and a badge to play with.Very professional and kind- Highly recommend them!

I was trying a firmware update on my not-so-capable computer (or was it me?) and thought I'd wrecked my Mavic Air 2. So I called Skymount, and they said to bring it in, so I did. Ten minutes later, and voila, fixed for no charge. Thank you!

Knowledgeable staff, Parts and good variety of drones and accessories. (DJI)Very Impressed overall, but don't let the puppy get out when you leave! I like a store that has a K9 greeter.Yes I would by my next drone there.
