Worst car wash ever! Paid for brushless “Ultimate Wash” on two different occasions and my vehicle came out still dirty. I guess I’m the fool for giving them a second chance. I should add that the first time through that my truck was dirty from unpaved roads and second time through truck was only dirty from highway driving. Neither time was it absolutely filthy. Won’t be back. I’ll stick to hand washing because I have to rewash after going through this car wash anyway. No time or money saved. One star is too many. Should be ZERO.

4 Ways to get into this gas station so you are pretty much covered unless you have already gone through the N Front/Bell Blvd lights headed north. Then you have to u-turn it. Gas is basically the same price as all others. A lot of parking and big store inside if you have to go inside, plus a lot of pumps. Car wash still has a track.. that is annoying since tracks haven't really been used since the 90's.

We had a carwash today 28 Jan at 6pm and upon exit in the carwash shop we noticed that our rear wiper was missing, we immediately notified the sales attendant if she could check to see our missing wiper. She refused and advised that she can only check at 10:30 pm after her endorsement and she will call us. But its about 11:47pm we didn’t receive a call so we called them ourselves.Only to find out that our request was never endorsed and no action was taken.The person whom I talk to,cut off the line with me and I tried to call back to ask for the name of the person but she’s trying changed the topic.Customer service is awful on the shop with no care whatsoever with their customer.

Good car wash, but difficult station to get in and out of, with limited access on a busy corner location. Beware the pre-loaded car wash cards - when a card goes bad on you, it's a matter of sorry sir

The touch car wash used to be the best but after the refurbishment of the car wash there is no high power spray to get in the crevices. $14 for a terrible wash. What a rip off!

4 stars because 2 neighboring stations were cheaper. This is a large shell station with a car wash, BMO atm, vacuum and lots of pumps. Its not too far from the highway and has lots of entrances. They sell ice, firewood and propane. Vacuum starts at $2 for $3 and air inflator is $1. They do sell diesel and they're open 24 hours. They also have a payphone.

Rude staff sale products never in stock dirty store. I won't be going there again

BEWARE when paying through the SHELL APP at this gas station. I've been going to this gas station for over a year and always pay through the shell app. Today I filled up my car and used the shell app to pay just like always but for some reason their app didn't charge my credit card and 4 hours after I went home the police came to my house and said that I didn't pay for the gas . I went back to the gas station right away and talked to the cashier about what happened. I explained to her that there was something wrong with their app and she called the manager. They talked for about 5 minutes in a foreign language and when the phonecall ended she just asked me How would you like to pay ?" They made me feel like a thief by sending the police to my house and didn't even apologize about it when I already paid but their app failed to charge my card . I also had to waste gas to drive all the way back to the gas station to solve this matter . I will avoid going to this gas station."

The car wash here is closed 90% of the time . I have a monthly car wash card but when ever the car needs a car wash after a bad snow or it’s too dirty the car wash is closed . I will not be renewing my card again. I think it’s better they shut down the car wash as it’s of no use to customers when they need it. Very bad service .

I've bought fuel here for decades. I've watched the decline of this station. Steadily.Today it took 14 mins to fill my Diesel truck. It seems they don't change the filters.on the pumps near enough. Time is money. If they don't value my time, I don't want to support them.
