I recently asked Andrew Wade to help me with purchasing a house and he was awesome. He was recommended to my by a friend that Andrew helped with the purchase of his home. Andrew is a pure professional and was very responsive throughout the process. I will certainly be recommending him to others in the future.

Andrew made the process of getting a mortgage incredibly easy for me as a first time home buyer. He even recommended a great, local lawyer that resulted in a smooth and easy transition of the property . Not to mention the constant negotiating of interest rates that led to two significant drops leading up to the purchase! If you want somebody who will work wonders for you and always keeps you in mind, I wouldn't recommend anybody more than Mr. Wade. Thank you for everything!

Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and started looking for our first place a year ago thinking we'd cosign with my mother in law. After talking with the three of us, Andrew was honest and kindly told us that it was probably in our best interest to not involve the mother in law in anything remotely financial (3 months later she gave away her entire retirement to an imaginary internet boyfriend so he very much saved us a massive headache).Andrew gave us very clear instructions to qualify for a mortgage of our own. We ended up finding a great condo while we were just comparing what could get us what in different locations. We weren't even pre-qualified sand Andrew pulled something together in 10 days.In the meantime, he went above and beyond - answered every single one of my first time buyer panic emails. I think in the worst day there was 10 over a two hour period. He also got our interest rate reduced twice even though prime rates were the last thing on our minds and called us after the move to check in.We were so worried about getting into something we couldn't afford with everything that comes after the mortgage but Andrew was honest about the reality of our finances and what we needed and could comfortably afford.Can't recommend him enough!
