Camp Canine

We are so lucky to have Camp Canine in the area! Lexi and the whole crew there are the absolute best. They care so much about all of the dogs and their well-being. And their facility is great! My dog runs in there without looking back and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. Also, their groomers are top notch! Thank you Camp Canine!!

We love Camp Canine! Our dog, Frankie, has been going to daycare there since she was a little puppy (now a big puppy at 10.5 months), and she loves it. Frankie's always excited to go in and never looks back when I drop her off. She's always tired and happy when she comes home. Alexis and her team are so great--I always feel really comfortable leaving Frankie for daycare and grooming. Highly recommend for social dogs!

Its hard to put my finger on exactly what makes this place so special. Maybe it’s the amazing, attentive owner. Maybe it’s the wonderful team she’s hired. Maybe it’s the doggie cams that allow me to check in on my pup throughout the day to see her living her best life. Maybe it’s the super high quality and reasonably priced grooming services. Whatever it is, this place is MY JAM and I am so grateful to have it in my life. Thank you Camp Canine - keep doing what you’re doing!!!

I send my dog to Camp Canine and it is his favourite place to be in the city. Daycare is a great way for my dog to learn how to be on his own without my wife and I at home. We got our dog during the Covid-19 pandemic and were struggling to find ways to calm his separation anxiety. Camp Canine has presented the perfect opportunity for our dog to have fun during the day, get out some needed energy, and to meet new puppy friends while also learning the tools needed for us to leave our dog at home more often. I recommend Camp Canine to all puppy parents who are looking for a place to send their dog for daycare or grooming.

Camp Canine is the best! My dog has been going to day care there since he was a puppy and for grooming. He always comes home so happy… and tired :). His groom is always beautiful. Camp Canine is the best! We bring our dog Charlie here for daycare and grooming and we couldn't be happier. The staff is great, friendly and they truly love all the dogs. The groomers do an impeccable job and pay attention to detail. Charlie always has a great time at daycare and we love being able to check in and sneak a peek on her with the cameras.

LOVE this place! It opened at the perfect time for us, and the convenience in our neighbourhood is so amazing. We enjoy dropping off our Nico to play with his friends when we have long days at work, when it's raining, or too hot, or when we know he is missing his buddies. He knows exactly where he is going in the morning, and his tail wags non-stop. He is happy and exhausted when we pick him up -- a good sign because we know he is loved and well treated when there. We can see him playing and having fun with all his fur-friends on the webcam, and we appreciate all the mental stimulation the counsellors provide the dogs. They make a difference, as they are all adults and well-trained. This place has been a god-send for our family, and we are thrilled to support a local, woman-owned business. Alexis, well done!
