Great service and products. Saw a piece that was close to what we were looking for and they said in could be custom made locally to our measurements. End product was beautifully crafted and exactly what we wanted at a great price. Happy to support a local shop and craftsmen.

Over the years, we have had a number of furniture items made for us by Knock On Wood in Surrey. We have always been pleased with the quality and craftsmanship they have demonstrated.We recently ordered a custom made King size bed in oak. It was based on a design that originally had drawers under the side rails. My wife did not want the drawers and I didn't not want a box spring. To replace the support that the drawers would have provided, the bed had to be redesigned. They did this by attaching boards inside the wood rails with slots to hold 2 X 4 cross members [ joists ]. Plywood was placed over the joists to support the mattress.The results were wonderful. We now have a beautiful, very solid and very practical bed that doesn't require a box spring and that can be very easily disassembled and relocated if necessary. To cap it all off, the mattress they provided is excellent. We've never slept better.Well done Knock On Wood ! You can count on our continued custom.

Our relationship with Knock On Wood began in December 2014 when my husband and I found Jack in our search for living room furniture, specifically a sofa. We had decided on purchasing from Palliser and after meeting and speaking with Jack, we purchased a sofa/chaise combination that was delivered in January 2015. To make a very long story short, it turned out that the furniture was improperly engineered and after numerous unsuccessful and frustrating attempts to deal with the manufacturer we went back to Jack for help. After further valiant yet unsuccessful attempts to fix the unit on behalf of the manufacturer I am thrilled to report we recently got replacement furniture and are happy with the result. We are grateful for Knock On Wood's commitment to customer service and cannot praise Jack enough for going through the trenches with us and on behalf of us. Thank you so very much!!!

I absolutely love this store. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recently bought a new dining table, great quality and locally made in Abbotsford! Delivery and set up by 2 lovely friendly and efficient men. I am totally satisfied! I also bought living room furniture here when I first moved 2 years ago, also locally made and great quality, and with seamless delivery!

Knock On Wood has once again been amazing to deal with. Our new bedroom furniture arrived this morning and we are Thrilled ! Even their delivery fellows (Sebastian and ?? helper) were efficient & professional. The quality of finish and workmanship is amazing on our new Solitaire (by Sahara Furniture in Abbotsford, BC) bedroom set. If you appreciate things made of solid wood, then you won’t go wrong with these folks. We have been repeat Customers for over 20-years and continue going back because they make it so easy to do so, with no regrets whatsoever. Several years ago my husband and I purchased a king sized bedroom suite, an extra long large buffet and had custom built a glass curio cabinet as well as a coffee table. I had a few minor concerns about a particular piece and there was no questions asked, customer service is clearly what they are all about! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the pieces and years later, are still thrilled with our purchase!.... Then a couple of weeks ago one of us left the mule dresser door open and our daughter came running around the corner and ran right into it splitting the door in half! I called knock on wood the next day and they remembered who I was and said bring it down anytime and there is no problem at all, they are happy to fix it! Talk about stress relief! Anyways, my husband went by and picked it up today and it looks like Nothing happened.... And you would never guess.... They fixed it at NO CHARGE!!! THANK YOU KNOCK ON WOOD!! Your store has superb customer service! sure wish more companies would strive for this level of customer serve! When we are in the market for more furniture, we will be back! We are pretty picky with our selection of furniture. We went to many different store and we finally picked knock on wood.The experience was amazing, Jack was very helpful, and the shopping experience was very friendly, chill, and no pressure what so ever.The delivery was ahead of schedule, the delivery guys were very good as well. The furniture fitted perfect just as we discussed during the order (our room is very tight and the furniture must be at exact measurement)When it come at the final payment, Jack was very helpful as well. We paid with one credit card and later changed our mind and want to use another credit card. There was no hassle for the refund of the first credit card, even though the company need to pay another service fee for the transaction.Overall, I would give 6 stars if I can, and I would recommend anyone who is looking for solid wood furniture to come to knock on wood. Great experience guaranteed.

The delivery service is excellent. Both fellows are courteous and took great care when bringing in two different deliveries- the 1st one was six pieces delvd in May and the other was an 8 ft sofa in July. Working with Jack in the showroom was a pleasure; helpful, very knowledgeable, Thanks to all!
