I almost never write any reviews, but this time is different. Customer service is just amazing. I got a cheap firearm that didn't work properly, it definitely was a manufactory defect: didn't pump right. I made a video and send it with a description with what was wrong. Guys called me right away. Eventually, In a couple of days, I send it back and everything was sorted out in the best possible way. Bad things happen and the way you deal with them, shows how professional you are. Thanks a lot guys.

My experience with CANFIREARM was a most enjoyable one. An extremely professional C.E.O. with whom I spoke, sharing my concerns with regards to a similar firearm that I had purchased from another company. My concerns were understood and an A+ firearm was shipped to me in it's own case and in a ready to go state. I am looking forward to purchasing other firearms that I have my eyes on. This is a top tier company.

Great experience, communication and service while working with this store!It is a customer-tailored business and dealing with an owner vs a hired associate really makes them different from the other places.I was given plenty of time for choosing what I wanted and all the paperwork was done right there, within an hour.My follow-ups were promptly responded and backed up with information and updates. I was given an option to pick my order up myself and was refunded the shipping fees right on spot.I am definitely recommending this place.

Was working with this company for a long time. Never had any negative issues same as my friends and colleagues from the club. Very reliable and experienced professionals, always ready to help when needed. I simply puzzled to understand these negative reviews. Canfirearm is a fabulous gun store to buy from. Ordering is done online and is very seamless. They have the absolute best selection of shotguns at prices that cannot be beaten and the quality is second to none. They also carry many other firearms at prices better than most. The service is excellent and it was a pleasure dealing with such a friendly owner. They also have a gunsmith who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with Canfiream, terrific place to buy from and to deal with.

Worst customer experience ever. Even after my transfer was approved, it took them more than 2 months to send my order. I had to email them repeatedly with no response and call repeatedly to have no one answer and have to leave repeated messages. And when I did get a response, I was promised a shipping date only to have it pass and have to do the process again. Only after I threatened to dispute my transaction with VISA was action taken on the part of CANFIREARM. I got what I ordered but there are many better companies with better service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
