Great place to live.Great landlord and property manager.Just need to work on the tenants cleaning up after their own pets.

So I actually went for an open house tour to check things out after hearing all these bad stories about this apartment complex from several people who didn’t plan on staying after 1 year who were angry. This place charges for everything, including visitor parking which I think is ridiculous. In addition to that your on a water meter as well which leaves you paying out the nose to use water. Basically a 1 bedroom is more (well over)than 2,000 a month. You got rent, parking, water bill, renters insurance, storage lockers are extra also plus all your other utilities.

I recommend trying to find another place to rent first. You will be paying premium rates for a building that is not finished. They sell you on the show suite and then rent you an unfinished suite. The management is amazing to communicate with...until you move in, then you cannot get a call back when you are trying to have your concerns dealt with. Really unfortunate.

We recently moved in on April 2023 in building 6035 and are loving the move-in so far the place is little tight they can sure improve on their kitchen cabinets. The building is new and has it’s own gym , elevator dog park and underground parking. The building managers Liam and Alisa are helpful,

I live here right now.I have had litteral fecies in the middle of my hallway for a week that the cleaners never thought to clean.I pay to park in our parking lot using the honk app 5$ a day. But still get parking tickets every 2nd or 3rd day.I’ve had a girl put a not on my car saying shes watching me from her room.would not recommend…

Horrible experience here. Signed on to their Wyse utility company they force you to use. Somehow charged an extra $50 dollars on last bill for apparent usage the last month. Total rip off unregulated company. Paid my last bill, followed up two weeks later to ensure I was completely paid up then receive a call the following week that I’ve been sent to a collections agency. This was after Wyse informed me they owed me $42. It took two weeks of constant calling Wyse to sort it out and they were not reception. This could have impacted mg credit for 7 years. Reached out to Warren Mann and did not receive any reply. Never ever rent at this apartment. Horrible experience.

Do not rent. Noise complaints daily on people just living, management that doesn’t listen or care for tenants care and wellbeing. Pay for everything ($150 hydro, $75 minimum for parking, pay for storage, and visitor parking) not to mention if you live here. There isn’t ANYWHERE easy to park. By far the worst building I’ve ever lived in, over 3k for a 2 bedroom isn’t worth it with your management. Only one elevator and get closed by management all the time for people moving (all day out of use thing) can’t wait to leave.

Highly recommend exhausting all other options before moving here. We have lived here for almost two years and have nothing but negative things to say about the property, management, and everything in between. Parking is a total nightmare. We had our two spots given to us when we moved in, and then they were given away without any apology or explanation as to why. We were assigned new spots and then were given $80 parking tickets for parking there weeks later. They lie about amenities and costs. They list parking for $50 but actually charge $75 PER spot. This property is a money grab and I recommend avoiding at all costs.Edited to respond to their response:If you re-read my original statement it will say that we were given spots that were then given away to other people (almost two years later)

Please please do not remove to here .dog bark for 2 hour at 1-3 AM for few time a week .make complaint to manager not reply .now is 1:41 am again

The worst managing, rude treat from bluestone and Devon, be very careful, the get you very dirty apartments and charge for everything, they never answer mails, phonecalls or messages and they are never available
