After a few mix ups with my exam, the trainers were very helpful in re-scheduling and applying new vouchers so I wasn't out of pocket. Everybody was very helpful.

We had our team take a 4 week training with Arctech Academy focusing on Customer service, Leadership and Microsoft. It was great working with the the Arctech team, everyone were very helpful and accommodating during the course. Highly recommended
