Hi MarcI thought I might send you a message about how pleased I am with the performance of the Rheem natural gas furnace you installed for me last October. As you probably remember I wasn’t easily convinced to part with my Armstrong that had served me faithfully for many years but I can tell you now that I’m glad I did. As you know we have a pretty tough winter this year and that Rheem furnace just sits in the basement and purrs away like a kitten every day.
