Capital Cab D & G Taxi Ltd

I use (used) your cab company regularly for rides 6-8 times per week and for picking up my daughter. But today your dispatcher said you don’t do pickup and drop off services. Your company has several times before.I was forced to use a different cab company today. I will be using the competition from now on. Your dispatcher makes his own rules. It’s usually a $25 ride costing a driver his livelihood. Thanks for your service. You used to be my favourite cab company.

The call taker is extremely rude and she would not give me her name. She told me i was wasting her time just because i took a minute to get a address. She worked on Aprio 2, 2023 sunday at 8:25 am and she should be fire. Not the way to run a business and treat customers. She also hung up the phone on me.

Always a good experience, drivers go out of their way to help load my stuff in and get me home the fastest way.Last time I needed a cab I had called another company because capital line was busy.Other company told me 20 mins, when I realized it'd been over the time I called back and they told me they weren't coming so I tried my luck again with capital and the dispatcher got a cab to my location in 10 mins. The driver helped me load up my items and helped my daughter get buckled up. I will only use capital cabs from now on!

Professional Service! Dispatch answered the phone promptly! With a professional demeanor!Driver, Gurjant Brar, arrived on time and was patient. He waited for me and did not rush me even though I was a bit slow getting packed up. His driving was good, I have a feeling that if I requested him to drive tactically, he would have done it with ease.

Cab # 78 in Regina Saskatchewan.February 6th and 7th 2023.Two days in a row I have witnessed this cab do a U-Turn in front of a school ST. Timothy. Where it is marked by signs stating NO U-TURNS.The 1st day this happened there was a child getting ready to cross the street. When seeing that the cab was turning right, and I was stopped for him to start to proceed but he then had to jump back in fear when the cab then whipped around doing a u- turn.This Is totally unprofessional, breaking the law, and shows no respect for these children we are all responsible to care for.

As soon as we enter the taxi, the driver treats us badly. After arriving at our house, the driver took off immediately without realizing he had to help us unload our luggage. He didn't even apologize when I yelled at him and told him the luggage was still in the taxi. This is by far the worse taxi company in the city.

May 23/23. On Albert St. Car number 30 saw ahead was one lane traffic but ignorantly kept a tight space and wouldn’t let me in. I’m from out of province and this kind of ignorant driving leaves me with a poor impression of Regina drivers.I do not recommend Capital Cabs to anyone!

I ordered a van cab as I had 5 people, they sent a car and I called back to explain to them that I needed another cab only to get hung up on. Now wonder people are using other services. I would give no stars if it were available.

Taxis can be hit or miss, such happened to me. Schedule one to the airport, arrived early, very clean cab, no issues. On the return trip, I picked the first cab, said we had 5 people (no luggage) and ask if he could do it. He said yes, and flipped down the back seats to accommodate but we needed to crawl over the folded mid seats to get to the back row. I asked to pull seats forward but he said no. That should have been my signal to back out. There was no leg room, I mean zero, I asked again to move mid-seats forward to make room for our legs but the driver kept saying it was fine and we will fit. We had a very long day, we just wanted to get home. I live very close to the airport and figured I and my daughter could make it. I was wrong there was no room for our legs I should have taken a photo. The vehicle was not designed for 5 adults. Additionally, the vehicle  was extremely hot and very dirty. Completely different experience from ride to the airport. I felt the driver didn’t want to lose the fare and knew we would be squished. Learnt my lesson, if the cab is dirty inside and you need to crawl over seats to get in, I’ll pass regardless of what the driver says.
