Unfortunately never open, very limited menu, quite expensive and pushy staff. Currently a bit of a waste of valuable Squamish restaurant zoning. For context: 15$ gives you four bites of a roll (rolls are the only substantial food in there and while good, all the rolls taste the same regardless of what you order, basically this cafe has one good mayo recipe). I have a small appetite for this town and can't get a meal under 30$. It is usually open week days from 1 to 4 so outside of lunch, dinner and coffee time but also closes or change their hours randomly all the time (not reliable). No real patio, no vibe (same art left by previous tenant), restaurant equivalent wait time for food in a cafe setting and very uneven interaction with staff (my friend got snapped at because they ask for soy sauce as not aware that while these rolls look like sushi they are not meant to be eating with soy sauce // meanwhile I got an interaction where the staff was trying to push more food on me that I didn't want to a point that felt so uncomfortable I had to eat out).Right now. Would not recommend and I am a little frustrated that this place has not improved in the last year and is taken space that could be used by other good local entrepreneurs.I am leaving lots of details here in the hope this help because this is a good location, in a neighborhood with a strong and proud community sense where helping your neighbour thrive is at the heart of every business, customer-service interaction.Wishing this cafe all the best as I want a comfortable place to eat lunch and work that is run by neighbours, but right now cannot recommend less. It's not reliable, offers no food diversity or community vibes, is frankly snobby, uncomfortable and out of budget fo most. There is a good momentum in Squamish right now, hopefully they take advantage of it and learn from other businesses in town or get replace by a friendlier, more accessible and more diverse option soon.To the owner: why not turn this business into a high end food truck? You wouldn't need diversity in products and could focus on your star roll, wouldn't have to create a vibe and would be able to accommodate your changing hours. The current format is clearly not working for you.

All I can say is at first I thought the pricing was a bit high but was hungry for something fresh and in Valleycliff. The chef was so passionate about how he described his boxed sushi that I decided to try it. I asked for takeout and was going to eat it at my next stop. It as I was driving I took one bite and COULD NOT STOP until I finished it. Wow! The hands down best sushi in town. I even dreamt about it last night and am going back for lunch today. Highly recommend you try it but be advised…you likely become addicted. Such care and flavour balance. Enjoy!P.S.The lemon tea was perfectly semisweet and very refreshing.

Wow!! Amazing, the honner is sweet and polite, it's clean, the food is very professional... The price is normal I think, as everywhere. I'm very happy to have discovered this place, thank you so much!! :)

We've had the spicy tuna poke box and the veggie poke box. I would recommend both as they were excellent.

$30 will get you you very little food. A lousy business that won't boost Valleycliff in any way. Shut the doors already.

When I arrived there was only one other patron inside, sitting to my right as I enter the door. Usually there is only one gentlemen working the kitchen and cafe, I have been there twice now. Both times this gentleman has been extremely professional and polite, definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had in squamish. I’d even go as far to say as good as the salted vine a few years ago.Now I have never had their coffee, however I have had two of their rolls, and both were phenomenal. Well balanced sushi rice was the right consistency. Usually with sushi like this I would expect one ingredient to overpower the dish because of its simplicity, this is not the case with this place.Give this place a try! My experiences here have always made my day better.
