Does anyone ever answer the phone? How on earth do you speak to anyone? You dont have proper times posted, they're only open until 11am for filing then again 2-5 but want you to come in the Am for document submission? Yet wont answer a phone

I didn't want to give a star at all. Everyone takes lunch at the same time so if you had a question there is no one to help. But then again if you do have a question and find someone they send you to the wrong place. The Youth Criminal Court is just a revolving door where they can get bail and after that they are only put on Probation so why pay the big bucks to the Criminal Lawyers when you know what the outcome will be. This Court has to get tougher Judges who will actually help in getting these kids straightened out. The Crown couldn't even be bothered to speak to a parent who was reaching out and wanting help.

This is important!!!! - 11 am to 2 pm is their unofficial lunch time. So you might not get any paperwork during that time.

I'm calling and need to cancel a court date, cannot get anyone on the line there is no communication what am I suppose to do? Mail sent to me with no contact information from them. I don't know what to do any suggestions anyone?
