Good people work in this clinic.

No phone number or address on their website. I had to send a message through their website to ask my question. I received an email response asking for further details along with personal information. There was a phone number on the email which I called and explained that I wasn't comfortable emailing. They said I could text it to them. I wasn't comfortable with that method either. I said I would provide it over the phone. Then, I said the name of my insurance company (the largest and most recognized in BC), I was told that they are too hard to deal with. ALL OTHER Providers I have seen have dealt with this major insurance company and I have NEVER heard that they are hard to deal with. The vendor at SleepAdvice then said, Ok. Have a nice day. Goodbye". I was suspicious from the start and glad that I won't be dealing with this shady company."

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and was searching for a reputable clinic, recently found SleepAdvice clinic & more. I got a fantastic experience, purchased a great CPAP machine and a mask. I plan to use them to purchase additional drugs from as well!
