Left hip discomfort, neck pain and sporadic knee pain were continual issues prior to a friend referring me to Alana. After the first treatment my hip issues completely resolved for a 2-weeks, and with further treatments all issues have tapered off. Playing sports and the odd tumble will keep me as a regular visitor.Osteopathy is very effective and does not hurt. A treatment feels no more painful than a good stretch session.
