A very bad employee, at 10:40 July 15, 2023, I ask him for the washroom. While a lady showed me the washroom, but the guy who looks like Indian, behaved me out of respect. I love Popeyes at all, but this kind of employee damaging the business prestige.

What a good experience for fast food.We arrived and they were out of chicken sandwiches but the customer service was top notch here! They improvised with a chicken tender sandwich and it was just as good!!Great location and restaurant was clean.Thanks for the food and great service appreciated the friendly staff.

I had passed by this location for some time, but decided to give it a try a while ago. I go almost every week now for one of the daily specials. I find that the staff are hard working and also caring. And the food is good real chicken, nothing is processed or formed chicken pieces like some other places.Don't go after sundown during Ramadan ... it is a zoo, buy lunch during that time.Last visit I was told I was ordering incorrectly. When someone orders an item that is the deal of the day, ... then punch in the deal of the day! It was a little comical, so I don't care, but odd that they would tell a customer that they are not ordering correctly. Otherwise food and service was great, hard working crew there.I still love the place, but a 50 minute wait in line is too much. Can you imagine waiting that long in line at any other takeout place? And when mentioned to the manager he had nothing but excuses.

My family and I drive all the way from Montreal just for popeye's sometimes, and this last time we were somewhat disappointed. Food quality has seem to gone down, the food wasn't as tasty and fresh as it used to be.

Let me start out by saying that Popeye's is by far the best chain restaraunt for fried chicken. Their popcorn chicken is my personal favorite because I am just a very large child who doesn't have the patience or manual dexterity to eat around bones. Their spicy, crispy chicken sandwich has been amazing every time I have ordered it. My only complaint about the Glebe location is that it is small and can get quite busy at times. That said, the wait has always been worth it!

Came here in a busy weekend to grab some food and dine in.The food was very fresh as it was busy, so they were making everything fresh when we went.They don’t have much seating so be aware of that.The food we ordered was delicious and hot.

I have tried different locations before …. Nothing can compare to that location(690 Bank) .. we were visiting Ottawa , we are from Montreal, and food was so yummy and fresh !!! And very nice staff!!! Great job!! I really recommend it !

The chicken was served hot and is consistent with the Popeyes I had in the Philippines (without the plain rice we are crazy about). The biscuit was warm and buttery. The spicy chicken was good and not burn-your-face level, while the mild one is good in itself. I just wish it came with gravy. The mashed potato was good and wasn't gluey, it goes well with the cajun gravy.

Came in half an hour before closing and got my food 5 minutes before closing. Came with my family to eat in and have dinner. As soon as I sat down the lady who took my order who I assume is the manager told me they were closed. My family and I just sat down with 5 minutes to spare. As we are trying to quickly eat the lady stood next to our table watching us and repeatedly telling us that they were closed (5 minutes early). Such rude service. Garbages we’re overfilled with garbage. As I left I placed my cup on the garbage and the lady manager told me to to come back inside and do it properly. Despite the garbage that was overflowing just a moment ago. I of course just left. Too much disrespect for just trying to eat with my family. Will never go here again. They were even scrubbing down the frying area overtop of the cooked food they were serving. Super unsanitary and they don’t care to even hide it. Close this location asap. The workers are the worst!
