She’s very Knowledgeable, Kind, Caring, Creative, Understanding , Outgoing, Patient , A Hard worker and puts so much Dedication into what she loves and it shows with all her products . Me and my Bunnies Jax and Tara are SUPER FANS Of The Green Bunny Store! The products definitely Beat Big Box Stores ! I will not buy any treats nor toys from any other store but The Green Bunny Store. All products are uniquely handmade, authentic, bunny safe and always fresh . The prices are very reasonable . I highly recommend buying bunny safe treats and toys from this Canadian business . Shes located in Ottawa but provides shipping both in Canada and worldwide. You can also pick up orders as well . Will be ordering again in the near future once supplies are low for Jax and Tara . You Rock Caitlin! Thank you so much for providing all these amazing products for our fur babies ♥️.

Honestly love how personable the owner is. She cares so much about details and what your bunny personally likes ! I'm a new bunny owner and I didn't realize how hard it was to find accessories & treats for them. I thought it would be pretty standard in stores but man was I wrong. The fact she makes everything by hand and purchases fruit and vegetables for the treats herself is by far the best part.I'll absolutely be ordering again

The best toys and best treats :) I haven't found anything from The Green Bunny Store my picky bunny hasn't loved! Also found the ONLY bed he has ever liked. Always amazing customer service and this has become the only place I will purchase toys and treats from :)

Amazing original high quality treats by a bunny lover for other bunny lovers. My 4 bunnies favs are banana bales, apple kebabs, and the special balsa bars she makes at holidays. Yes she sometimes sells out (especially at holidays) but she’s just 1 person and everyone in the rabbit community is suddenly finding out about her and ordering. Quality is unlike anything you’ll find in a pet store and comes so beautifully packaged I love opening it as much as the bunnies do.

Amazing bunny toys!!!! I have had 5 rabbits test out these products and not one has ever been disappointed! They all get so excited just at the sight of the package arriving! The toys are amazing quality and you can see the care Caitlin puts into each and every item! I have not boughten a single toy from the pet store since starting to purchase from her because of how much my buns love them! She also goes above and beyond by providing the most excellent customer service and will even provide custom items when asked! Also love how she advocates for proper rabbit care and even supports numerous rescues with some of the earnings from these toys! Support small and watch your bunnies have so much fun at the same time!

EDIT: We have finally given our bunnies all of the toys we ordered, and they have enjoyed all of them. The PB&J and the Stuff-a-Box were particular favorites. I definitely recommend the Green Bunny Store, especially if you have have picky buns that don't usually play with toys![Original] We made our first order in early April and were so impressed with the promptness of the delivery and the quality of the toys. We’ve only given our bunnies a few of the toys so far but all them have been a hit! Our boy never really played with toys until he tried The Green Bunny Store's Crazy for Carrots" toy. He loves to chew it and throw it around. It's so nice to find a local Ontario business that creates such cute

The handmade wooden toys from Green Bunny Store are so beautiful and loved by our two bunnies, and they love the strawberry and blueberry treats as well. Our friends' bunnies love the GBS goodies as well, especially the banana bales! A month ago, several items I was hoping to purchase were sold out of the store, so I messaged the owner and she was happy to make the items I was looking for within just a few days (thus, the customer service is really great). It is unfortunate that people feel the need to post 1-star reviews for a tiny one-person business who makes their products from the heart, stocks things as quickly as she can, and supports local rabbit rescue organizations.

I am a veterinarian who treats a lot of bunnies in the Toronto area and have a bunny myself too. My bunny, Nibbles, LOVES the banana bales by Green Bunny! They are her FAVOURITE treat in the world! I've also tried a few of the other treats from Green Bunny and she loves them too. Hands down Banana Bales are her favourite! I highly recommend Green Bunny and their treats!!!

Love this shop so much! If you're looking for safe, affordable bunny toys/treats then look no further because the Green Bunny is the best shop there is. I've really been wanting to buy my bunnies some new toys and I was so happy to have stumbled upon this business. I had been eagerly waiting for the sunflower foraging mat to come back into stock as it is the cutest foraging mat I've ever seen! I signed up to be notified when more were available and as soon as I got the email I placed my order! I also bought some of the new dill treats (which my bunnies love) as well as a couple toys.The order was shipped so quickly and I really appreciated how I could track it! I believe it came even earlier than the estimated arrival date which was a nice surprise and the packaging was so cute. I really can't recommend this business enough and I can't wait until my Benny and Fern are running low on toys/treats again so I can place another order :)
