Dogging It

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Downright extremely mean for no reason, she even made me cry! But, if you don't care about how you will be treated, it is still good dog grooming. Your dog will be treated well, just not the associated human. I will just never return due to how I was treated. Absolutely terrible.

We've been bringing our dog here at least once a week for about 8 months now and it is truly a lifesaver! Our dog is really high energy and every wednesday night we get a break as he is nice and tired from daycare! The two main staff as so nice and friendly and give our dog lots of attention when we bring him in the morning. Whenever we drop him off our dog can hardly wait to get through the door- this tells me he loves it there and is happy which is all i care about. I cannot comment on the grooming services as we have mnot used them.

My high energy labs love it there and they make great friends! The staff are so welcoming and I know my dogs are well taken care of while they are there. The hours of opperation work well for me and we have also used the grooming services and she is so gentil and they look great afterwards.

This place is fabulous for grooming our dog. Ted, who can be a bit antisocial, warmed up to them right away.

This place is fantastic, my dog can't wait to get there and play with his friends. He has been groomed and stayed in the daycare. It has all been an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly to both the two and four legged clients. I know when I take my dog in for the day he will beloved and cared for just like at home. Highly recommend all the services, and the prices are very affordable. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

My dogs love going here! The staff are friendly and it’s easy to see they love dogs! Grooming facility on site is great and they do quality work. My dogs hated going to pet smart for their nails but have no issues here. Groomer even gets down to their level to make them comfortable! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Two appointments in a row I was blame of missing an appointment, one I would understand but two in row I don't think so. I own a small business so making sure all my appointments are written down in my agenda and documented. Again we show up today telling us we missed our appointment from the day before. One time I may understand but two in a row is Incompetent and unprofessional. We have two more dogs that had hair cuts elsewhere and never once I missed an appointment. The staff should take responsibility for errors of such nature. Like every other business they should call or a at least send an email to confirm the appointment.Will not return.

They were really great, I dropped in to see if my dog could get his nails clipped and they took him right away, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Lady was super friendly and gave me the choice of having my dog up on the table or getting it done on the floor which I really appreciated since my dog is nervous and much better when I'm with him. Would definitely go back!

Doggin it has been my top and favorite choice for grooming my fur babies. AND for an occasional day care for them. The owner, Lindsay, is just soooo loving ang affectionate with my dogs..She is also patient and very reassuring with first timers who are a bit anxious and nervous/Shaking. She takes her times to calm them and reassure them before taking them in to join the other dogs. I highly recommend her Doggin It on Menten Place in Nepean
