Overall, an amazing Clinic! From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by the always friendly Abby, to the amazing clinicians working there. Ellen has done wonders for my back and legs through massage. I always feel so relaxed and comfortable. Erin and her suggestion of shockwave has greatly improved my heels and ankles. Looking at the best multi-disciplinary clinic in town!

I had an exceptional massage from Alyssa! She listened to what I was looking to focus on for treatment and provided exactly that, and more! I was super impressed with her knowledge and skill set. If you’re looking for a great therapeutic massage I 100% recommend Alyssa!

I get my massages from Kaelenn and he is stellar. Over our time together he has helped me through a back injury, maintenance of that injury and more. He has also helped me identify areas I can work on related to my physical fitness with the ultimate goal of being better at golf. I look forward to continuing to work with him!

I've been seeing Sarah at Mend for massage for about a year now and I always leave in the best mood! Sarah has such a fun energy and is a very skilled massage therapist. I especially love her use of hot towels in her treatments. Such a nice touch. If you're looking for a great therapist I would highly recommend Sarah!

She is super friendly, helpful, positive, and motivating.I was uncertain coming into physio as a first timer if there was a solution for me or if my weight would be a barrier to our success. Erin immediately squashed those fears and is always reminding me of how awesome my progress has been. She makes me feel confident in how capable my body is and has equipped me with all of the tools to live pain free. It has significantly improved my quality of life. I can't believe I'm now waking up in the morning feeling energized and able. I can't say enough about how much I love coming in to meet with Erin. She is simply amazing!

Abbey at the front desk gives me a warm welcome on every visit. Erin is a terrific listener and was able to pinpoint my concerns very quickly and thoroughly. What I really appreciated was that she focused on my desire for a functional recovery program, rather than a strictly exercise based one. After only a few visits I was back to enjoying my activities, and I have a doable maintenance program. Highly, highly recommend this clinic, and especially Erin Barry.
