I strongly recommend visiting Hear for Life at Thornhill for all hearing issues. I have been a customer of this clinic for many years now. I find everyone helpful, especially Ina for the wonderful service.

After suggesting that I should get my hearing tested, I tried Hear For Life in Thornhill and my experience there was absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in and you are greeted by Shanie, the sweetest receptionist you'd want to encounter, it only gets better. I had the good fortune of connecting with Mina, the Audiologist, who performed my hearing test and walked me through the different hearing aids that would be best suited for me. If, at any time, you have a concern or question, never fear, Mina is there. I recently came in to have the hearing aids checked because they were not working and Mina took the time to fix the clogged hearing aid and reset my remote control. You can rest assured that you'll be in good hands with Mina as she takes the time with you, she is kind, caring, and you never feel rushed. She always asks if I need any supplies which she replenishes for free, I really lucked out with this combo of Shanie and Mina. Great location with lots of parking, excellent service, staff, and best of all, the hearing aids were the right choice Mina recommended. She really knows her stuff. I had my first hearing test at a different clinic and was left feeling unsatisfied so I then visited Hear For Life where Nina did a much more intensive coverage of my personal hearing and needs. I have since sent my husband to her. Highly recommended!

We received amazing personal service from Mina and Shani at this Thornhill location. They showed extreme compassion when trying to help my very elderly father which resulted in him being able to hear and communicate again at the end of life.No other hearing aid centre in our area was willing to do what they did for us. Their kindness will always be remembered and when it comes our time to get assistance we know where we will happily give our trust in this business. Thank you very much.
