I went in the other day needing jeans since everything has been closed due to the pandemic. The staff there had a new procedure in place. Sprayed my hands with sanitizer and they picked the clothing off the rack for me. The lovely lady that helped me was super friendly and helped me pick out jeans I love. The other two staff members working were just as great! With the pandemic being so stressful, the staff at lammles still made buying clothes safe and a breeze! Thanks ladies!

First time in store. Helping my son pick out boots. I will buy my next pair here.

I purchased a pair of Ariat boots on DEC 16 2022 and by January 6th 2023 they had serious manufacture defects , I can’t after lammles and they denied my claim. I contacted Ariat directly and they had told me that lammles rarely replaces boots due to the shipping costs and Ariat was willing to work with me on replacements. I’ll never go back to here the manager was extremely unhelpful.

My boyfriend and I visited the South Red Deer Lammles location yesterday. He was looking for boots. We had absolutely TERRIBLE service. The two young gals working could barely be bothered to give us the time of day. Between them just not bothering to help find sizes and styles until bluntly asked and the one gal explaining to us like we were three how their boots are organized it was horrendous. We will not be back.

Terrible service. We had come up from Manitoba to visit family and had heard good things about your stores. We stopped in Red Deer to get cowboy hats and boots. The girls working at the counter when we came in looked and continued to talk and fold jeans and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. When I went back up to the till to ask for help, the one staff member turned and acknowledged the woman coming in and asked how she was and how could she be helped. Not impressed that we were ignored. There are other stores we could go to but we really liked your product. We will be back next year, it will take some doing to get us back in your stores, time will tell.Signed: very disappointed

Paige helped today find my fiancés groomsmen’s wear for my wedding.At first she was really helpful, but then was really rude, she made comments about my fiancé best man about going to the gym and dropping a few pounds.And when he asked for a bigger size she gave a shocked face and said this is ALL we have. If that’s all you have that’s fine, we can go somewhere else but for Paige to say what she did was horrid.I should not go to a store and and On the edge of tears because an employee felt it was okay to say such things.So disrespectful, disgusting.

Me and my wife went into Red Deer Alberta store to buy his and hers cowboy boots we are from Ontario so knew nothing about buying boots the staff showed us boots so we bought them they told us to go home and mink oil them for protection and to soften the boot we did we spent almost $1000 that day in all that we bought went home oiled them like staff told us to do and my wife's were to big after she wore them for almost a day we came back to return them as they are way to big now after her foot warmed up and they said sorry we can not return them as they are altered with mink oil I defiantly don't recommend this store to anyone. we went to a diffrent western apparel store in Calgary and they sold us a pair and they spent a half hour with my wife explained everything and made sure they fit like a cowboy boot should fit.so highly recommend going there Calgary Boot Company excellent service

Have been in this store more than once and the experience was the same as today. It’s like no one works here. No help, no one speaks to you, they stand behind the counter and couldn’t be less engaged with the cushion the store. I only purchase stuff if I absolutely have to here.

Rolled in with 15 minutes before they closed. Kaedance (sorry if i spelt your name wrong) came right up happy as can be and got me into a full wedding outfit with 10 minutes. Got exactly what I was looking for fast and easy. She knew what I needed for a proper fit and could be happier with the experience.

Got a pair of boots here. Was told when I get them home to mink oil them that it would stretch them. Boots do NOT fit, they are way to big my heel moves way more than half an inch. So I tried to return them and the young girl said they can NOT take them back as they are altered by putting the mink oil on them.Look I'm not a cowgirl and I know nothing about boots I told them that when I was looking for some. So we followed directions to a T that the store employee told us. This is horrible customer service. I just want to be refunded my money so I can go eles where to find myself some boots that fit right. Oh and mink oil does not stretch boots it washes them, You also need a spray to coat and protect them, which lammels staff didn't tell me or know.Signed,Verry dissatisfied customerWon't be shopping here again.
