We are an event planning company who has worked with Northern Valet for years. They have always been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond for us and our clients. Whether it's dispatching buses, parking cars in a farmer's field, shuttling guests or simply providing a straightforward valet service, their staff are always professional, considerate and go the extra mile to ensure service is efficient and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worked with them for years on same company event, always follow instructions as complex event day with regular warehouse truck traffic to work around and coordinate traffic and parking of hundreds of vehicles.

HAD AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE INTERACTION WITH AN EMPLOYEE FROM THIS SERVICE, WHO WAS WORKING AN EVENT HOSTED AT THE END OF A RESIDENTIAL STREET. EVIDENTLY WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF SPACE IN EVENT PARKING THEY STARTED VALET PARKING ALL THE VISITING CARS ACROSS THREE BLOCKS OF RESIDENTIAL STREETS AT 6PM. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THERE WAS NO SPACE LEFT FOR THE RESIDENTS ARRIVING HOME FROM WORK, AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS TO PARK.I WAS RETURNING HOME WITH MY TWO DAUGHTERS UNDER 2 AND MY WIFE, AND WE ASKED ONE OF THE DRIVERS IF HE COULD MOVE ONE OF HIS CARS SO THAT WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO MORE EASILY BRING THE CHILDREN INTO THE HOUSE. HE RESPONDED BY TELLING US TO GO PARK 10 MINUTES AWAY AT A SHOPPING CENTRE. WHEN WE ASKED WHY THEY WERN'T ABLE TO MOVE SOME OF THE CARS OVER THERE HE TOLD US THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO GET A TICKET." HE SEEMED APATHETIC WHEN WE EXPLAINED THAT WE HAD PAID FOR PARKING ON THE STREET AND WE TOO WOULD GARNER A TICKET IF WE PARKED THERE."

True professionals. I have hired Northern on multiple occasions to assist my guests with parking for a busy downtown address. They are unfailingly polite, take excellent care of the vehicles, and offer my guests a warm welcome. I would 100% recommend their services.

Disrespectful, unprofessional, and untrained staff. Never will I go to any business that uses northern valet. Valet person barely knew any English, questionable on how this company hires staff especially considering they are handling people’s cars. Not sure how he would be able to maneuver through Toronto with such deficient English skills. On top of it all, he put a permanent nasty body odour in my car.

They scratched and cracked my front fender then didn't want to pay for a full repair at a Mercedes recommended autobody shop. They asked me to get a quote at another shop that THEY recommended and so we dropped by. It was a seedy looking place, and the owner didn't show up for the appointment, so we stood outside of the shop for over 30 minutes.They may have numbers, but they don't have professionalism. I guess it must not be too tough to compete in this industry.

We used Northern Valet for a private party at home and they did a fabulous job! Their service was spectacular - employees are well dressed and very polite. I would highly recommend them and plan on using their valet service again!
