Pretty good experience, I have tried South Indian cuisine almost everywhere in BC and when I ate from madras Masala, I felt that it had an authentic taste compared with any other restaurants.I highly recommend this restaurant as a place for authentic southern food.Edit: visited on July 9, again the dosa was really exceptional, however everything else that we ordered was bland and ruined our evening.

Wonderful staff and delicious food. The service is the best thing about this place. Only visit the place because of their politeness and services. Food is tasty most of the times but sometimes lacks the spices. But nothing they won't tale into consideration.

We ordered take-out food over the phone from Madras Masala & Grill at 5pm on Saturday July 15, 2023. The food wasn't quite ready in 40 minutes as promised - we waited an additional 5 minutes. We ordered the Madras Masala Vegetable Curry, Vegetable Khorma, and garlic naan. Rice was included at no charge. Both dishes were good with lots of tender vegetables and good flavor. A good portion of naan was provided.

We had butter chicken masala and mango creamy chicken curry with garlic naan and mango lassi. The food was amazing!

Food came out fast and quick. Dosas and Vadas were great. Idly and the coconut chutney not so much. The waitress was courteous and quick. Restrooms need a big lift.

Just so you know, you have to be patient to get your food delivered. They were not too busy but in my opinion because they cook from mostly scratch, it took time. The garlic naan was amazing and I like some parts of it was crunchy. The food was amazing! Curry leaves that they put in my dish, ooh love it! The portion was a liotle bit small for me specially the rice, but that because I was hungry and I am an asian ;). Overall, this place is very recommended!
