Got an oil change the other day. Used my oil filter but a flaw in the oil filter made my low-pressure light come on. I went back today and the guys fixed the problem at no charge. I was very pleased with the service.

Showed up at 8:00 am, only to find out that the supervisor didn’t show up with the key for the shop. Workers and customers sitting around and waiting. Now it’s already 9:00 and first people start leaving. Get a new supervisor, when this one is not willing to show up for business.

Hard to go wrong at a drive through oil change, but they did.I'm assuming the oil change was fine, but now that I'm writing this, I feel compelled to check to see if my filter was actually changed.I was upsold on the undercoat package, and this is the work I received. It's as if a toddler got a hold of a spray can, this level of work could have been done by my grandmother.

Brought new tires to Mr Lube for changing. Hit on the road noticed steering wheel is shaking at high speed after service . Went back ask if they can double check the Balance. Mechanic told me they did balance after putting on new tires. He recommended me to do Alignment" in another garage if still shaking.Went to another garage

Went to get my break light fixed today waited over two hours, then had one of the employees come out and threaten both me and my brother because we were “waiting impatiently” when we were just standing at our cars having a conversation. He approaches us and said something along the lines of putting a bullet in his head because of us and his manager, took his coat off and went to his car took a swig of alcohol. Figured he might be grabbing a weapon so we immediately left.
