Showed up with a bus load of people and the service was fantastic. Special props to the manager who went out of his way. Food was really good too. Highly recommend.

Generally i dont like giving reviews for chained restaurant. As they look same and same food. But, this location treated ne differently and I can see how service can bring happiness in customers.. so here you go- I will start with location, it is on the main highway 39 so very easy to locate. The thing that most impressed me was drink served in the chilled mug, thats wat A&W is famous for, lately i saw in many of franchise they dont offer mug and give you in paper mugs, as they save their time to wash them, you have to ask them specially.. another thing that i like was employee gesture wether it be having smile on his face, makes me feel welcoming or telling me about the newest burger.. he was kind, respectful and yes fun to talk to.. then i ordered chicken burger and tht burger was perfectly made with right amount of sauce tht it will not pour out and ur sandwich become soggy and all you do is keep cleaning. Your hands. It was perfectly made and lattuce was enuf and green and not from the root end.. last and most important cleanliness. This location was very clean no tray left on tables and all were wiped and sanitized... if you really want to experience A real A&W. please visit this location.

**Drive Through**Location: getting into the place and finding it was a little strange, but I didn't know the area. Seems to be isolated from the business section.Parking lot: adequate space, not congested when I was thereService & Staff: friendly, and didn't need to wait very long for my order.Food: in tune with any other A & W I've been toPrice: seemed to be standard prices from other a&w restaurants I've been to.Overall: seems like a standard chain restaurant from a&w. I was happy enough that I'd return if I'm back in the area again and need a quick bite to eat.

Stopped for breakfast during recent ice storm, staff were friendly and courteous, food was quick and tasty. Manager was very nice to talk to.

Great staff to take the order & then polite to serve the customers!The staff at A&W were great people serving customers as well as able to take a look at our pamphlet of coupons to reduce the pricing of the order!

Food quality is fine but service can be quite slow sometimes even when it isn't busy. Interior is usually kept fairly clean and the dining room is quite large. Staff is always friendly and are usually spot on for order accuracy.

They expect you to pull ahead and wait,but there's no cars behind me,this is drive thru not wait in parking lot,sure if there a large line, but not a vehicle in site!
