I'm not keen on the food aspect, it's not my diet. But the coffee is decent.I do pour the coffee into a regular cup.Kids love the variety of donuts when we treat the family to the box of a dozen surprise donuts.

It’s kinda a sketchy area and also the workers don’t really understand basic English as I ordered 1 coffee dr. He ended up putting three coffees for some reason and I had to tell him sooo directly that I wanted only 1 coffee. And the first two coffee he put in there were wrong and I told him TWICE! He made the first one wrong and put two regular and 1 dark roast which is what I asked for.Okay area for a quick pick up but I wouldn’t sit or chill there. Not a good area. Also workers need to step up on their English.

Food served burnt or not cooked at all. Staff doesn't care. They use their touch screen and headsets (full of bacteria) while preparing your food. Junkies hanging out at the doors openly dealing and using, the place is unsafe for customers. Cops there once a week minimum. Head office doesn't care it's been two weeks since I made a complaint and they expect the team and manager from this store to contact me ( won't happen). It's customer service with tims they just pass the buck onto someone else. I would avoid this location at all costs unless there is some serious overhaul of the management and staff at the location and FULLTIME security that actually does something other than stand in the corner on the phone with his family from india.

The staff working at this Tim’s cannot make an iced coffee/coffee to save their lives. Every iced coffee I get from this Tim’s is extremely bitter and lacking flavour, despite ordering a caramel flavour. The staff is incompetent and lazy since the syrup is always stuck at the bottom and not mixed. I recommend going to the closest Tim’s instead if you’re looking for a good morning coffee/iced coffee.

Got a BLT but looks like they trying to cut costs by only giving half the amount of bacon. 5 half strips of bacon for almost 10$. I dont know if its a training issue or if the owner is trying to cheap out but thats just not right. Years ago they gave 6 full strips of bacon on a BLT. This isnt even half of that.

It's a tim Hortons I don't expect much but this location fails in all aspects. If I don't get harassed in drive thru by people looking for smokes, change, or a date" . The customer service is usually rude

Staff here are great and have to put up with a lot. The area is rough and with that comes a lot of problems. Drug use, and everything that goes along with it. People ODing in the bathroom, passed out outside, fights outside, etc etc.

A few gripes as it pertains to the May St. location.What's the point in having a mobile pick up area when the staff doesn't pay attention to it?Wait in line to get a coffee....takes forever.I placed mobile pick up order before I left the house thinking it'll be ready when I get there...might as well have stayed in line. Same result.Also, the app said you were out of an item I wanted. I walked in and saw an abundance of them.Most times when I go in, there is a line of at least 5 to 6 people with one register open. You definitely have the staff to support a second open register. Please utilize it. When there are...questionable people placing ridiculous orders and digging for 20 minutes to find the change needed, open up that second register.Now, you have a credit card? Why? I don't understand that logic.This location can be great but it is definitely requiring some changes. The new people try their best but the support for them is lacking.Edit: lowered my review. This location is getting worse. Twelve people working and only one register open. Pathetic.

We where refused service because we wanted to pay with rolled quarters. We where told they have tomuch money in the till to take it. Had a $40.20 order between food and gift cards. Went and got Robin's gift cards insted. Lady there working was super nice. Think i might spend my $20 a day there from now on. They appreciate the business.

Poor customer service...I ordered bacon grilled cheese melt, they were out of bacon. Ask for chili, they were out of it. I ended up with grilled cheese. I think, they were short of cheese too because they just hint my sandwiches...
