We had a bunch of issues with out van which we have neglected due to finances. We finally couldn't drive it safely and had to get it fixed. They fit us in right away even though they were very busy the had us bring it is so they could work on it between appointments. They were very helpful and reasonably priced. They helped to fix the immediate issues and we have set a follow up appointment to address the other non urgent but still serious ones. At no time did they make us feel pressured and were very accommodating. We are very happy to have found this place and will bring our vehicles here from now on. Very dependable and respectful service. Thank you!!

My vehicle just ran out of fuel although at the time I did not know what it was at the cross section Broadway and 1st where Carl the owner of Broadway motors graciously and kindly helped me out. Set me up with his courtesy car Jerry can I went to fuel up came back lovely RCMP officer also came to help. What a morning. It's so nice to remember the kindness and humanity in our community until everybody who helped and to the mom who stopped to ask if she could lend a hand as well. Thank you.

Very rude staff, would not recommendUpdate: nonsense response from owner further demonstrates my point. But to clarify, I called a few days ago asking for a quote for work done to my car and during the whole conversation, he was very blunt and rude. No, not a customer and never will be after being treated that way. I'll take my business elsewhere, thanks

The guys at Broadway Motors are phenomenal. They know what they are doing, and are very professional about it. I brought my car in, expected a hefty bill by the time they were done, and left there paying much less. They also gave me a list of repairs needing to be done, from needing repairs soon to repairs that can wait several months. They included price quotes for each repair.A friend had referred me to Broadway Motors, and now I am referring everyone to them.Superior service......... way to go Broadway Motors

Always very knowledgeable, fast service. Great pricing and I appreciated the constant updates about my vehicle and associated costs of repair. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Lower Mainland. I moved to Alberta and all non essential repairs still get done @ Broadway Motors whenever I am in town.

Just wanted to say a huge rave to the staff at broadway motors. I was super weary as this is the first time my car has been in the shop since I bought it 7 years ago (second owner) Previously I or my dad had done any/all repairs and maintenance on it, and neither of those are a viable option now. I was recommended to use Broadway motors by family and friends when I realized my breaks were WAY over due for even an inspection (whoops on my part)The staff was phenomenal when I had to adjust my appointment. I was very weary as I had to drop my car off in the morning before they were even open and drop my keys as I had to start work before they opened.They did their inspection and called me and went over everything for what my car was booked in for (break inspection) they were honest and didn’t lie about stuff that really didn’t need to be done and when they mentioned a few other things they had noticed I didn’t feel pressured into doing said things (I did most of the recommended stuff as it slipped my mind it needed to be done)To top it off the bill was very affordable and ended up being cheaper than I thought which in these times really helps!Thanks!

I appreciate the absence of pressure to get work done at Pioneer Motors. With my oil change and inspection I was made aware of something that needed to be replaced but there was no suggestion that I should get it done there. I'm happy that I did. Efficient, friendly, accommodating..even brought out the old part to show me. Thanks guys!

I was introduced to Broadway Motors through a friend of mine after I complained about how my last 3 repair places were either overpriced or outright dishonest... or both. Now I don't go anywhere else. These guys are hard working and will give you an honest assessment.

Have brought my '13 Mustang in for servicing several times. Honest, good workmanship timely repair work. Would recommend to anyone.

Edited as I have an update from my last post:I have been a loyal customer to Broadway for years. Recently I had an issue with my vehicle and was quoted over $1100 for the work and parts - a new battery, and a new part. Normally I would have just said go ahead, but my husband asked if he could shop around.We took it to another shop who immediately identified that the issue was my battery, and that it only needed a charge, not replacement. Keep in mind Broadway said I had needed a new battery (installed for a whopping $250) and a $750 part without any guarantees that this would fix the issue. After calling around, I found out that the factory version of the part was available for $350... but I did not need this part anyhow.By shopping around, I saved myself $1000. I will not get back the fee for my tow to Broadway Motors, or for the $56 diagnostic charge that they had the nerve to charge me. Add to that the fact that my car window was left down by their shop after inspection and when the tow truck driver mentioned it to him, he was told to 'just get it out of here'. They did give me a pen though - not a very good deal at $110.The other mechanic did not charge me for my battery charge, and were open mouthed agape when I told them what I would have paid at Broadway for their services.It's good to shop around, and I have to say that I will not be back. Sad, as I have been a customer for a long time, and now I am re-evaluating every job that I have paid to have done there :(
