Good tools but finding consistent service in Kelowna is a real challenge, the guys here say they'll come, or meet, or order your tools but they do not. Not worth the cash, going to Canadian tire from now on, at least I can get warranty services there. Or hold my broken snap on tools for years? Nice job. Snap on used to be fantastic, not so anymore

After years of spending a lot of money on tools and tool boxes you cant get warranty! We dont have a dealer so after carrying around tools for awhile I was finally told to mail them in for warranty. Got them shipped back with a letter that said they were abused as evidence by the excessive rust. Wish I could attach photos because they arent even very rust! No. they arent new and shiny...I use them!!! Pathetic when you pay so much and cant get warranty. Like others saying in here I wont be buying snap on anymore.

*Update*Very happy to finally have a Snap-On Guy for our route, hes been amazing and been working hard for our business. I only wish Snap-On would work with their Canadian Dealers on some more tool logic and special pricing for us Canadians. Snap-On Canada should really start doing working hard to help their dealers and customers. Things are different in Canada compared to the U.S and I think they are missing a huge opportunity.Been a loyal Snap-On Customer for years and I can't even get a Snap on rep in my city. Either Figure a way to deal with you guys online or get rid of the drivers.

As a shop owner and my 4 other technicians are very disappointed with Snap On service and customer loyalty.In 15 years we have gone through 6 reps, none were really good.They give us a hard time to replace defective tools.We started to buy MAC TOOLS and we are very happy with the service and he finds a way to get our Snap On tools exchanged for us and our Snap On rep will not.Thank you Mac Tools for hiring good people.

I have been buying tools from snap on for over 20 years. Our dealer is a corporate truck and disappears for months at a time with our tools and no communication from corporate on what is going on, not even a message on his answering machine. I have called snap on Canada and they say there is nothing they can do, they have obviously lost control of their brand. Our shop is now afraid to buy snap on tools as you never know if youll see the rep again. I suggest other shops take notice of this before investing their money in this brand. Do not let these guys into your shops, they will only disrupt your businesses.

No service for sure, I've been a loyal snap-on customer for almost 40 years always had good service until 8 months ago. I have been waiting for replacements for broken tools for 8 months by two separate dealers. I have changed jobs 3 times in the last year but kept the same two dealers through out. nothing but broken promises and lies. I won't buy from Matco or Mac but it looks like I don't have a choice. My co-workers (14 guys) feel the same way. Not a good way to do business.

There is zero service from this joke of a company, they sell you tools that have a 'lifetime' warranty but have no way of honouring it when the tool breaks, you call the area rep and he doesnt answer his phone or return calls, youd think with the thousands of dollars spent with this company they would be interested in keeping this relationship, but they do not care about you or your business at all. Snap on once stood for something now it stands for terrible service and terrible tools, you need to do a gut check and either improve or give up

I am trying to get a hold of the local snap on sales rep. Left messages several times. He's not returning my call. Very sad. Please think about 2 to buy snap on tools.Thx for the response after several weeks. But I guess it's because of covid. I am sure accounting is working at 100%. I spoke personally with a lady from your customer service on the phone 2 times. There is nothing she could do to force Mike Rushton to my place.But I can order online! I asked if Shelly can come to my place to help me out. Unfortunately this is not allowed because of territory. Than I was asking around and it looks like there are more shops in the Dartmouth area who are dealing with the Rushton issue. I am happy with my business and even more if customers are calling or coming for getting service, so should be a independent snap on sales rep. Snap On is selling good tools. I am willing to pay good money. But if you have to beg for spending your money I think something is wrong.
