I recently had Fahrhall install a new a/c to replace my old unit that unexpectedly quit working. They are very well coordinated between service, sales & scheduling, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional and informative. Joe explained the repair that would be required, and the alternative of a new unit, answering all my questions, without any pressure either way. Due to the high temperatures being forecasted, I was concerned about how soon the work could be done; however, Tony Obeid was able to come the same morning with the contract for the new that I chose, and shortly after he left I received a call giving me an install date 2 days later. The installers showed up on time, and left the work areas neat.

We wanted a tankless water heater, and right from the start, Tony was great. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He went over everything, and gave us all the information and quote within minutes. He came to the job several times throughout the day to make sure the installers had what they needed. The installers, Dennis and Ryan were great. There were some hurdles they had to work through, but they figured it out and powered through. They stayed as long as it took to get it up and running. This was our first interaction with Farhall, and it was great. We were very impressed.

I've reached Fahrhall through the business's partnership with Costco for replacement of my 17 year old home comfort system with that of Lennox. Promptly I got the response from its advisor, Mr Tony O'Beid who was very responsive, cordial, and understanding. He knew what I needed and we could conclude the agreement in minutes and the installation was scheduled immediately, then it came on time at my anxious of possible delay; it made my day indeed. I hereby would like to say thank you again and again and again to the installation team, Mr Denis and his son Mr. Ryan who poured tons of sweat onto the installation work at the weather heath at 93 F. Technician (Glenn) arrived on time for furnace warranty service repair. He was friendly from the start and knowledgeable regarding the issue. Glenn efficiently provided diagnosis and repair of the furnace. He then went on to answer questions about installing a larger gas supply line from the gas meter to our stove and how it could be routed through the house. Fahrhall once again exceeded our expectations, not only by proving quality furnace service, but also solving the mystery of why our new oven was taking so long to bake! We had the most amazing experience ever with this company!We are seniors and our basement flooded and ruined our furnace during the recent ice storm and melt. My husband has dementia and was just so upset with no heat.I called Fahrhall and they quickly sent out a rep from Leamington. His name was Tony Coppola.I have never had such an informative, caring customer service rep from any company.He explained things very clearly, answered my questions patiently and talked on the phone to my son as I requested.He continually kept in touch via email or texts. He spoke to my insurance representative as I requested and got us approved for a great high efficiency furnace! Dennis and Ryan installed my new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time, efficient, cleaned everything up when finished, and answered all my questions. l I love how quiet the furnace is and how much more comfortable my home is. Fahrhall had the best warranty of all the companies I contacted and Tony, the salesperson, told me exactly what I needed for my home without trying to upsell. Tony Coppola the sales rep was very responsive and quickly gave us a quote for a new Furnace and A\C Unit. He answered questions right away.He also followed up and came to see the job when finished.Dennis and his son Ryan along with Matt did a great job installing the unit. It was a horizontal install in a crawl space, so it was certainly a back breaking job. They were were friendly and kept us updated on arrival times and progress.Great customer service all around.With a 12 year parts and labour warranty, it made the decision to go with Fahrhall the right choice.

Professional service from the very beginning. I was without heat on the coldest week of the winter. Tony contacted me within minutes and came out right away. He quoted the new furnace and took me through all steps needed for the install. The price was better than any other quotes I had received. He arranged to have his team out the next day. The installers arrived first thing in the morning. They were professional, completed their work quickly, explained everything, disposed of the old furnace and cleaned up all materials.
