What an amazing experience. Nothing but good things to say about this place.Ralph was super helpful and made the process of getting blood work extremely easy.He certainly is an asset to lab.5 starts to this exceptional facility and Ralph!

Staff were very pleasant and professional. Washrooms are very clean. Blood work done in a giffy. In and out within 20 min. Overall a fabulous experience.

Staff is nice and friendly. They are sometimes quite busy and parking you have to pay for on the street. I always check in online before coming in but they have to enter all your requisition info into the computer so you'll wait at least another 15 to 20 minutes more. The place is clean and for anyone going note that masks are still mandatory.

Ralph is fantastic! He has done my bloodwork for the last 6 months and has been great! He's good with conversation and making his patients comfortable. Will definitely be coming back if I need to! 10/10!!

First time at the location. Thanks to previous review was able to locate the lab in the lower level basement quickly. Usually they have a hard time finding my veins! However Rhonda was awesome, she was able to locate my veins quickly and get the job done! Happy with the quick and efficient service provided! Paid parking located at the back of the building.

Best blood work experience in last 5 yrs. Stuff are very friendly and efficient. I didn't even feel the needle. Find out the location for first timer is little challenging. It's in basement, otherwise good.

Fantastic lab! The staff here are kind and professional. They are quick but thorough. One of my favourite things about this clinic is that they have a screen in the lab that tells you when you’ll be seen so you’re not left wondering how long it’ll take. I go here for all of my blood requisitions.

Went in early yesterday to see if the nurses were patient as I have an extreme phobia and need to take ativan for bloodwork. This time it had been deemed emergency so I thought the nurses would understand and be patient as they said they would. Took the ativan an hour before going and arrived at the lab with 30 mins to spare but the nurses were not patient and I didn’t get it done and now cannot get more ativan. They gave me probably 2 tries then stopped it and said they had to leave. Extremely frustrating as I went in before the drug to make sure it would all go smoothly and they said it wouldn’t be a problem, but it didn’t get done and now probably won’t without ativan. Very emotional and helpless experience that has left me with a lot more fear, I would not recommend going if you require extra patience and care through phobias

First visit to this location. Found it very clean, bright, cheerful. Staff were friendly and efficient. 5 Stars
