I contacted BT Performance about an add they had on web for remote starter installation on my truck. For 3 days could not get them to return a call, a when I called on the 4th day, I spoke to Tinto who basically told me he hardly looked at the internet responses and was less than helpful. I contacted one of his competitors and remote was installed 2 days later. Very poor customer service. Avoid this shop if you appreciate timely answers to queries for service. I have to give e them a star or I couldn't post, but they did not earn even that.
