Sasha Lipskaia

I did not know what we would be delving into when I agreed to meet Sasha for a coaching session. I was feeling really unsure about my career, my relationships, and my role in this world in general. There were a lot of directions we could have gone in. Sasha led the entire experience, asking questions, and directing me towards what needed healing. She is one of the most thorough and patient people I have ever met, and she spent 3 hours with me in that session. She led me through a guided meditation and coached me to look at aspects of my life from a higher perspective.The magic is in what happened after. It’s almost indescribable, but I am going to try. In the days that followed it was as though a cotton film had been lifted from my vision, just a slight change in perspective shifted everything. The way I saw my childhood and my family dynamics and much of my life up until this point completely changed. I became aware of burdens and patterning and trauma responses I had been carrying that weren’t even my own. I put them down. What was truly miraculous was what happened outside of me. My relationships with others changed rapidly. I spent the following days having intimate conversations with my partner and with multiple family members. The strange thing is that I didn’t even have to initiate half of them. It was as though my shift in energy had instigated change outside of myself. It sounds crazy or impossible, but the energy we put out determines what we bring in. My entire life is different, I can’t overstate this. I have so much love in my life, and the way I see myself and my experience is completely different than it was before. It is invaluable. Sasha has a brilliant gift and the kindest heart, I am truly humbled and grateful for the gift of having worked with her.

I've worked with Sasha on a couple of topics but the big one was making sure I am ready to truly step into my own and hit my potential. Sasha is one of the most powerful teachers that I know. We connected right away the first time we met and I couldn't help but be intrigued by her authenticity and ability to make me see what I needed to see about myself.
